McDonald's, Reading PA

Very happy with my experience! I had lunch with my 18 month old son, and after we ordered and sat down, a nice older woman came over to talk to us and was very kind! She gave him a little rabbit toy that he loved to yell HOP HOP until our food came out! Food was good as well, but that woman made his day. Thank you!

Took a little long to get my French fries. But they where fresh and delicious! And there fountain coke is top notch!

The food was ok. Service was slow. There were young teenage boys at the table next to my family's table being very very rude to incoming customers and the employees at the McDonald's refused to do anything about it making it very uncomfortable in the restaurant.

The employees are all friendly, but this location ALWAYS has a long line. Expect to wait between 5 and 15 minutes to order and be served. I can't remember the last time that I wasn't asked to park and wait for my food while going through the drive thru, and that's for basics like a McDouble and fries.

Dont waste your money terrible food! They don't care if you're wasting money for inedible food! Berger wasn't even put together correctly and they are microwaved to the point were their was barly cheese! Never again!

I don't eat it. Kid loves it. Fries on the floor covered with ants ruined the 5 star rating. Kid was happy and had lots of ant related questions.

There food is ok they get orders wrong a lot and there fries are always cold and hard they are friendly at the drive thru I don’t go into eat but the kids can’t wait to get there happy meals, please make r the French fry’s fresh more often.

Just threw my food in the bag they have no respect for there customers my food wasn’t even wrapped

20 minutes to get breakfast? Tables not cleaned. Only 3 other customers in the place. That $15 minimum wage didn't help improve the service.

Service in the Drive-Thru an absolute joke. Line wrapped around the building and cars only move a couple feet every 12 plus minutes. This should not be at 2 in the afternoon. Also frequent problems with orders being messed up.

Horribly slow. Went through the drive thru. 20 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received the food.

Don't really eat here because they charge like they have gourmet meals or something but went here for a grimace birthday meal for my kids and the shake was really good!

This is how I received my food. Thats not acceptable in my eyes. Looks like someone need to be trained all over again. Very unhappy with the way this looked when I opened the box. Hopefully that location gets better. Looks like they built the sandwich in the box.

Waited 20 minutes in the reserve spot while others got their orders. No one asked if I had received my order.

Very well run McDonald's. Best in the area. Only Sunday is poor. Otherwise a great crew!
