McDonald's, Flourtown PA

This location closed at 8: 00 p.m. Apparently Reese made the call that there will be no customers after 8: 00. I guess that's what you get for minimum wage

Every time i come here they are fast.food is good too.i got a mcdouble and small fries, both tasted like they were just made.this place has been here since i was a teenager and has always been ran well.i was very pleased!

Good service today. This McDonalds appears to really be trying to make a difference in how service should be. We can all appreciate your efforts here at this McDonalds. Please don't be discouraged by customers who may not always be pleasant. We all understand how that is and if you can work through that you will benefit by your patience. Thank you!

This place sucks. Bad management. We ordered our food from here in the drive thru and they missed 2 burgers for which we payed $10. Upon calling them to get our money back for 2 burgers we need to drive back! LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS! We are not from PA and were visiting NYC. Stay away from this place!

Super inconsistent with everything from the food quality to the closing time. Literally been different every time. Don't risk it after 9pm.

This is thr worst one yet people there are too busy talking than doing there job. I waited 35 mins for a simple cup of tea. Not worth going there is more of a gathering than a work place dont go.

I never write reviews but for this location I feel like it must be done. This is quite possibly the worst McDonald’s in the country, maybe even the whole world. The words rude and incompetent don’t even begin to describe the staff here. If you asked for sauce for your nuggets, keep dreaming. Don’t know what happened to employing friendly teenagers here but we need to go back. Go to literally any other McDonald’s for a better experience.

Had a great experience here today. Shakur from management was very thorough, swift, order was correct and food was hot. Great customer service, pleasant and respectful.

I stopped in for a coffee. All the doors were locked. Drive In had a line of 9 cars. No sign saying why they didn't want in-store customers.

Every time you go here you run the risk of your order being completely wrong, or your food being cold…or burnt fries.just support one of the local businesses if you want a burger and fries, and spare yourself the disappointment

Mr. Manager with the nasty attitude aka Marcus seems to think this is acceptable & edible to serve as well done sandwich.

The one star is for effort from the front staff.
This place is the WORST McDee's around. Cudo's to the young man who took my order, great employee. But it goes downhill from there.
If you cannot make the order as entered, and produce good not just borderline junk food get out of the business.

Decent service and decent food. This location stands out due to their good customer service!

This location consistently gets orders wrong, consistently forgets items and has mediocre service.

Said excuse me 5 times and was ignored until I legit screamed it then was treated as if I was inconveniencing them for ordering food?
