McDonald's, Reading PA

Just went to get food I ask for ranch sauce for my nuggets did not get any and no napkins on my buddle box

Today again same thing no sauce for my nuggets no napkins terrible service at this location

Stood at the counter for 15 to 20 minutes while employees just stood back there joking around and the food got me sick it was so greasy and cold

The quality is getting lower and the prices are getting higher. The service is a hit or miss. It's McDonald's.so it is what it is.

Found a piece of hair in my Big Mac it’s Ridiculous how I come there every night an this is the 2nd time the first time was the mf double waznt cooked like I’m spending my hard working money to get this just 9-19-23 I grab a Big Mac an found a peice of hair omg wront never come to yah again! Nasty ridiculous

I ordered the McChicken meal and the chicken was old. This meal was absolutely the worst ever and a waste of money.

I got a Mac double with Mac sauce and it was not good. It looked horrible and rushed. The presentation was terrible. It did not look appetizing to me. I was disappointed. I won't be coming back to this establishment.

Good experience from start to finish, even though there was a mistake with my order. Food was hot and tasted amazing. The employees were friendly and eager to help! Nice service McDonald's!

They make you pull up and wait all the time so it looks like they get people out fast. This is every single time, then they ask you what you ordered. The worse McDonald's ever. They get the food right 6 out of 10 times.

5th times this has happened that I have got my daughter a happy meal for her not to be to happy instead of a extra frie that was asked for once again not given what i ordered just a very sm frie that hardly had anything in it and the sad thing is its only a happy meal and yet continue to mess it up I'm highly debating taking the extra few minute drive to the one in west reading

The Lancaster Ave location is the best in Reading. It used to be 5th Street Highway but it’s a hit or miss with that one. I just pulled up at 3am on a Tuesday and they had me wait for about 3min for FRESH FRIES! I’m lovin’ it! Lol

Ordered food the 2 hamburgers were given to me plain which I didn't tasted like rubber not fresh I almost choked the service was horrible they didn't know what they were doing

Burgers were dry and the fries floppy and soggy-like. Nuggets dry. Filet o Fish was the only nice touch

Waited in drive thru for over a half hour only to be told that they didn't have enough staff and their systems weren't working correctly.

Is this a thing for employees to be on the roof smoking or something? Smelled like mj if you ask me. Do better mcds
