McDonald's, State College PA

They refuse to take in person orders, they only ever take mobile orders. Very unprofessional

Service was okay but food was terrible. Fries were old and completely soggy, and the chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting around as well. And it was about 12: 30 pm, so not off peak hours.

Basically the average mcdonalds, nothing wrong, but nothing special compared to another mcdonalds. I got a double quarter pounder meal, which is expensive for fast food, I honestly hate that Mcdonalds is getting so expensive, definitely get the mcdonalds app each day you can claim a deal and there's deals like buy a big mac get one free, or get a 6 piece mcnugget get a free 6 piece.

Food is as good as it can be considering its McDonald's but seems to forget food in my bag often

Ordered 10 McNuggets and I took a bite out of the first one and spit it out immediately, tasted absolutely disgusting, mushy from the inside and doesn’t even taste anything remotely close to chicken. Decided to split another one in half just to discover that it’s RAW from the inside, all 10 of them were undercooked and nasty. I don’t think I’ll ever be returning to this store after this, quite unacceptable to be honest. I’m praying I don’t get food poisoning from this, I spit it out immediately but you never know. If you don’t want food poisoning I would advise you to avoid this location and if you end up eating here make sure the chicken that you are receiving if fully cooked.

The man running the night shift was rude and disrespectful. I was trying to ask about an order that I placed through DOORDASH and he was completely dismissive towards me. He didn’t look at me nor did he try to be helpful and was raising his voice for no reason and kept cutting me off when I tried to speak to him. He wouldn’t allow me to give the whole story about what happened and walked away from me.

Larry was the best! Handled a huge rush with a bunch of drunk college students while being nice to everyone! So much respect to him, we need more workers like him.

Dude running night shift is not only a total drama queen but is something else considering how often this location messes up uber eat orders and treats people, no wonder fist fights used to be an occurrence and constantly are hiring (442 E College Ave, State College, PA is the specific location; everyone should avoid this one and go to 1 the other 3)

What is that smell? I love Mc. Donald’s but am absolutely nauseated by the smell every time. It’s gotten so bad I stopped going. Fix it. It’s been MONTHS with this smell. Absolutely foul.

It's aight. They pretty much never put anything on the sandwich that I ask for though. If I ask for tomato or extra pickles or whatever it just doesn't happen. Cashiers are nice enough.

As far as the food goes it is very standard McDonald's. However the day I went there most recently the entire store smelled of sewage. Hope this isn't a consistent problem

It literally smelled like a mcpoop in there i had to run out fix the smell it’s not fair to ur employees.

Night shift Manger is rude as ever. He spends more time outside vaping. He could also work on hygiene and clothes that fit. Must I add cussing at guests. He is just awful all around. Other employees aren't any better.

They're closing at 7 now, and stop taking orders after 6 because the skeleton crew working there is too backed-up at that point. No other business downtown or the other McDonalds on South Atherton are having hiring and retaining issues this bad. The night manager is obviously a menace and curses at the workers in addition to just being rude and aggressive to everyone there.

Like I mentioned before, it's a fast food place and you get what you pay for. Would like to see healthy food options. However, on a positive note, the workers at the drive thru are very pleasant.

Good cheap option for lunch for the PSU students. You can get many deals using the McDonald's app
