Food is never done right every time I go I regret it they give you oil soaked hash browns smh don't waste your money

Just went through the drive through and I thought they did well considering it was a McDonald's. The hash browns were plenty greasy, but I understand that can be a matter of opinion.

Came here to get a quick dinner, we ordered a good bit of food and normally I'm pretty trusting with the order being accurate once I get my food back, but this time I had a gut feeling something was off
After getting our bag of food I actually stopped at one of the open table and went thru to make sure it was actually all there
And to my surprise, the 1st thing that was actually said out loud to be ordered was the number 1 (Big mac meal) and that was the 1 thing actually missing was the big mac
I go up to the counter and absolutely no one is up front and it took a good 5 mins to even get anyone's attention
Then when I told the girl that we didn't get the big mac in our bag, she went oh and walked back to the kitchen and grabbed a bag and threw in a big mac and brought it out and went here ya go and walked away.
This place has a bunch of 14 year old workers just standing around, hiding in the back.
The fact that it even had the receipt with our order on it and it was still missing something is telling

Firstly there was no sugar in my sweet tea and when I mentioned it they laughed and walked away. Secondly, they never brought my happy meal with the rest of the food so I had to turn around and go the whole way back for it and again no one apologized they just laughed it off. I wasn't going to leave a review until once I got home and noticed the fries are cold and soggy and I got none of the sauces I ordered with my nuggets. Usually pretty good service but today was not it.

Food was fine. Prices are getting high though. Also, asked the staff member for an extra kids cup to put my sons apple juice in. She gave a cup but no lid or straw. When we asked for the lid, she rolled her eyes and gave the wrong size lid. Then we came to realize she never gave us straws for the other drinks.

Manager was watching something on her phone and the speaker was load and everyone was upset. She thinks she above doing the right thing which if I did it she would ask me to put in my ear buds. Amanda is her name. Totally rude.

When I trying to return they person attitude was atrocious

You mess up my lunch on my lunch break and give me 2 undercooked sandwiches so me and my coworker don't have lunch now
And I'm irritating you

I will be reporting to state health board

I mean RAW FOOD served

Than the way you handled the situation as if I was a problem even worse

I'm still waiting on my refund

Food cooked well, very friendly staff but the franchisee charges. 90 for a Large water. Many in the area don't and I wont support this one any more.

I normally will not rate a fast food place because there is just too many fast food locations. However, I am so impressed with this particular McDonald's that I must comment. I've been to this location at least 10 times in the last two years. Every time I have had an excellent experience so this was not a one-time fluke! The staff are always personable and helpful. The food is hot and delicious with very little wait time. I have purchased a variety of items, such as the fish combo, burgers, fries, spicy chicken sandwich and strawberry smoothie. I would recommend them all. I always do drive-thru, so I can not comment on the eat in aspect. Some people may see the truck stop next to it and be turned off. Do not let this deter you from giving it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Food was fine, no napkins and ketchup looked a little yucky. Usually content with experience at this location.

I've ordered 80 mcnuggets at this not so fine establishment. I wanted to drown my sorrows in pseudo chickeny mediocre goodness. But the problem was, this food was far from even deserving to be called bad. And the employees tried to scalp me of my 4 large fries WHICH I PAID FOR DUMMY. Anyways, never ever ever ever again. Do not pass go. Do not collect 200 dollars. Do not waste even a penny here. Awful awful awful.

This mcdonald's has no management and employees that are not trained. Nobody in line behind me but I have to pull over to the side to wait for 4 egg mcmuffins.

We come here to get the fresh and best fish sandwich and french fries. This time service was not as good as past experiences. Nor was the fish barely warm. No ice in machine. Table Service. Also a drive thru. Inside Loves Truck Stop.

Nice place to have lunch. Our sandwich was missing a detail and they were super nice about fixing it. The restaurant is clean and cleaning wipes are available to customers. Also, for a busy Tuesday evening it was quiet. Definitely recommend stopping

This is a standard McDonald's. The thing that I didn't like is that the driver thru is small for my car.

It's like coming home you always find the best food, the restaurant was slightly misaligned, but still excellent service, very fast and efficient
