McDonald's, Monaca PA

I was bummed they told me they weren't cooking fish at night. I did order around 1am but what's the difference?

They actually forgot about our order after pulling us. I stopped through quick to get something for my kids and they pulled me for 3 value sandwiches and a small fry for 15+ mins. Had to call the store to let them know I was still out there and see what was up and even after that it took at least 5 more mins to get the food. Yet we watched as several cars that were also pulled after us got their food and left. I would've drove back around to get a refund but by then the line was wrapped around the building. Also the attitudes suck. The girl who had us pulled didn't even say hello back to me when she handed my drink over. The deciding factor for a review for me was how unbothered they were about it. #DoBetter

They can't fulfill a simple order they always mess it up and act like your the jerk for their incompetence and make no attempt to make it right

I’m not even surprised as mcdonald’s is notorious for messing up your order but this location in particular seems to give me an issue every single time I come here. There is no care from any of the workers & they don’t pay attention at all to what they’re making. I got a cheeseburger no onion, you think that wouldn’t be hard but of course I got no onions & no pickles. It’s fine if it’s an honest mistake but at this point it’s pure laziness & the mindset of “i’m just here for a check”. Mcdonald’s isn’t enjoyable anymore, solely for the fact they hire any teen that steps foot in the door & end up with a crew of 20 workers who’s only concern is the paycheck

I don't usually rate fast food because the expectation isn't too high but this place is the worst fast food place I've ever been to. The workers don't even try to get your order right. Gave this location 2 tries, thinking they had an off day the first time. Both times we have been there our orders have been wrong, foods been missing and all the food we do get is cold and haphazardly thrown together. Go anywhere else to avoid this place.

Went at night and one drive through lane was shut down. They seemed to do that every night and it makes everything slow

I can not believe this McDonalds frappe machine is still broken. It's broken far more than not. I try to get a frappe every few weeks.
How disappointing!
Surely you are losing business and can
can afford to get it fixed. SMH!

Use only drive thru. Have app and use frequently. Sometimes food is hot and tasty. Sometimes Luke warm and not as good. Quick and easy.

Like normal, not busy but have attitudes at the window and then can't get order correct. Not sure how this manager keeps their job

This McDonalds has a broken Frappe machine every couple months. I know this because I was there at least 4 times that I tried to order a frappe and the machine was broken and they aren't in any hurry to get it fixed. It's constantly not working. Ridiculous

Steak McMuffin had no onions - a big part of the sandwich. Called the restaurant and was hung up on.

I've only been at this specific McDonald's a few times and gotten curbside each time. I have no complaints on the food or the wait times.

Public service announcement, they do not have Oreo Mcflurry or They must not have an ice cream machine. Also large frie box and price a medium size quantity

Worst hamburger of my life, wrong flavor shake and two small shakes when I ordered one large.
