YOLANDA was extremely nice while the manager with the long ponytail was extremely rude and dismissive. Yolanda turned my experience around for the better.

Horrible menu lots of things not available, and my food was well done, as in crunchy burger.yeah I'll pass. Staff was friendly, just rating off the food solely here, there could be a lot of improvements

WORST McDonald's EVER! Two unpleasant encounters included me ordering from the Drive-Thru, paying for my order to then be told to wait in the assigned parking lot as they were still cooking/preparing it. I waited patiently but after 10-15 minutes, I became impatient and was wondering why I still had not yet received my order. I went to the door, luckily the manager was there and I informed him of the situation. He was kind enough to have the staff remake my order but I noticed during the conversation that one of the staff did not put the bakery item I ordered in a paper bag, instead she just dropped it unwrapped in the McDonald's bag with the rest of food. I heard the manager say that it was unsanitary to do so and placed a new bakery item in a proper bag along with my meal. The second encounter I had was I went to the Drive-Thru and was told I needed to place my order inside? WHY? I'm not sure. I went inside and there is a line for people to order food inside as instructed but no cashier to place any of these orders. After placing my order, I waited and I guess they locked the doors because people started to come and knock on the windows. They seemed unhappy but I reluctantly opened the door for them; even tough I didn't have too. The place seems unorganized with unmotivated staff running the restaurant.

I wanted breakfast but they stop breakfast at 10: 30 I don't understand. But I got me a burger it was good

They take long as hell here even though they have 20 employees all in your face but I'm happy because they let me inside so I wasn't in the cold.

Bunch of dummy's work there. Instead of doing their job they are too busy on their phones and cant get orders correct

The employees were friendly and the food was fresh. The inside looks a mess tthough! Doesn't seem sanitary

Not too happy they don't know what an air conditioner is extremely hot employees were sweating noticeably

They were slow, there were too many flies, my order was messed up. I'm sure there is some type of health code violation going on. I stood & watched them make my food. Prayed over my food. Never again!

I waited 35 for two snack wraps and a cheeseburger happy meal. They somehow deleted my order. I did not get my food until I asked for a refund. Terrible customer service

This McDonald's is disgusting! Flies were everywhere and a horrendous odor was coming from the dispenser closest to the entrance/exit of the drive thru area. I had to walk out! I can only imagine what must be causing the odor! They need an inspection ASAP!

I ordered for a meal that includes soda, I saw clear water coming out and I informed the staff. She seems to be angry with me, however she made us wait in the store for about 20 mins for the soda!

I just ordered food thorough uber eats and my food took 1 hr half just for 2 burgers and I said no pickles n they gave me pickles n didn't even put cheese on 1 of my burgers worst service ever!

I didn't give it 0 stars because that wasn't an option. I spent 30 minutes in the drive-through waiting for a salad, once I got my order my salad was in two small containers because they Had no more regular size containers. Just a mess!

Flys everywhere, the employees seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what they were doing in the moment. Equiptment not working properly. Whomever was the delegater up front was being harsh and rude to the cashiers, which could have induced their being overwhelmed.

Cashier touches food with out gloves after touching her cellphone and her hair. She doesnt speak english

Long wait, no staff, infighting, disorganized and a ridiculous entry/exit that dumps customers right in the path of drive through traffic.

Sometimes there crowded, but the service and food are well worth the waiting. They have a manager there with short blonde hair, she's the nicest manager I've ever met!

Commercial states they will cook your Quarter Pounder when ordered that's definitely not the case at this Mickey D's. Quarter Pounder wasn't hot fries were warm. Weeks Later which is today I went this morning one cashier running the drive through the front and giving out food but she was doing a good job and breakfast was delicious

The food was terrible. Fries were fried in old oil and burger was not fresh! Haven't had McDonald's this bad in a while.
