Worst McDonald’s ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was maybe with one other car and ordered 2 items. Paid and then pull up to pick up window and the kid tells me to pull around out front to “wait”. Ok.so 10 minutes later no one has come out so I go in and the bag is just sitting there because no one remembered they told the customer to wait on $7 order. Every single time I have been there which has maybe been 3 times it’s SLOW and the workers are rude. A simple hello and apology go a long way! Never going back!

Keep giving your forks township chances most times food is warm at best but today my wife and daughter stopped by and got 4 large fries and a large mocha frappe, $20, seriously and my daughter didn't get a receipt when asked, I can give a chance or two but why should I come back and we love McDonald's very upset

I ordered a Oreo McFlurry and asked if it can be filled to the top and when I get to the drive thru window and I see my order was not what I wanted and it didn't have any Oreos in it. The person at the window said the machine does it for them. Then I said well does the machine put the Oreos in it too and the guy said no the workers do that. My McFlurry was a disappointment and I always go there and order them and this was the first time I have been told this and seen my McFlurry look the way it did. The new employees are terrible especially the guy with short blonde hair and glasses.

It's McDonald's need I really say more? The staff is always very friendly and the order was accurate.

Fries are often soggy, shake machine seems to always be broken, staff doesn't seem to be very unprofessional and seeming to not want to be there.

Was just there waited 20 min for my food they gave it to someone else got my money back and left and they made me pay for my soda terrible service

When they first opened they were fast and good. Now I was there tonight. Slow, slow slow. I was ready to go in and get my money back. I ordered a quarter pounder, off and a sweet tea. That is it. Slow. If I have to wait that long I'll go to Richard's.

I don't know why I go back to this place. Every time I do either my order is wrong or the food sucks. Right now I'm eating a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the biscuit is so hard I could break a tooth on it. Can't you people get it right?

Food was normal for a McDonald’s. Low rating due to slippery floor (again), especially right outside the restroom doors. An employee had to do the “greasy floor shuffle” to get from the counter to the drink station in the dining area. Manager stated it was mopped during the day, it’s slippery due to the humidity and grease, and didn’t seemed concerned with someone falling.

Didn't Have Menu Items! New Manager Every Month! Never The Same Workers! Always New Ones Every Month With Them Too! They Are One Of The Worst McDonald's Out There! Saw Manager Drop Food Bags On Dirty Floor! And Put Them Back With Clean Bags! At That Point MYSELF And My Guests Left!

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. WASTE OF ENERGY. WHAT A F'N FAILURE. JUST GIVE UP. WE PULLED UP AND THE DRIVE THROUGH ATTENDANT WAS IN TEARS BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WORKING. ABSOLUTE FAILURE OF A BUSINESS. ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I FEEL TERRIBLE FOR THESE EMPLOYEE'S. THIS IS NOT HUMANE. ABSOLUTE INSANITY

Slow slow drive through. Check orders lots of mistakes. Food quality ok. Tables dirty. Wish i could say something good.

I ordered 1 sandwich. Only 1 car in front of me. 10 minutes later I drove off hungry and short $4. Visit another McDonald's instead

The manager of this place, Jim, went out of his way to embarrass one of the lady’s working here. Very rude and very unprofessional to his employees.

They really need to get it together. Extremely slow service. Cashier to busy on phone to help customers. Just awful.

When your fries are swimming in salt and every it’s every visit. Its gets old. Why can’t salt be a option?
