McDonald's, Philadelphia PA

The staff what's polite and service was good the french fries are great don't ever try this spicy chicken nuggets though I tried them for the first time and they were completely burnt and hard if you do want to try them tell them to make sure yours is not burnt but overall it's an okay place to visit they have speedy service no long wait time

DELIVERY DRIVERS AVOID! Staff will not care about your time! They also straight up not include sauces on pick-up orders unless you ask even if it was listed! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION OR YOUR FOOD WILL BE COLD! Staff also was not wearing masks and was rude when I pointed this out.

I hope McDonald's have this store closed. I ordered a mobile order and went to drive through. The lady told me I had to come in to get it. And I came into the store only found that literally ALL employees are not wearing mask including the ones working in the back. Most of them pulled the mask completely down and a couple of them only covered mouth.

Okay so I ordered a regular burger from here and when I got it there was Grease coming out from under the box. Lol you probably think duh but NO there was a lot of it like it was leaking, very disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend for nobody to come here

Staff were friendly, but the outside menu board needs updating, hard to see.inside however was very clean and menu was updated.

Crappy service along with a side of attitude, never again at this location. Management needs to take control. It wont let me give zero stars but if i could i would.

Hands down the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, literally waited 8 minutes and my order was not even taken. I understand it may be short staffed, but coming from the service industry, POS is required at all times. Staff up or close up

This place is one of the worst McDonald's in south Philadelphia. Its associates uncaring, unprofessional, and never gets your order right. Untidy from the bathrooms to the eating area's. Harsh attitudes and faces when taking public orders. To busy socializing amongst themselves to get the orders right. The managers here are cool those if your order get messed up they always seem the be willing to fix the problem But only the managers. They are slow and look lazy.

If it could be no stars that would be my rating McDonald's sells dearg food which should never be consumed if I didn't eat for weeks and I was starving I wouldn't eat McDonald's its the worse laxative food

Arriving the sign was broken and I didn’t know if they were going to respond. The guy was confused. I got the wrong sandwich and no hash browns, and in the confusion I didn’t realize he never gave me my card back. Then I got sick from the food. Not good. They at least had my card when I came back.

My Filet of Fish was old! It looked like it had been sitting under the warmer for hours. They put a half of slice of cheese on it which I thought was a mistake but I later found out thats a practice of this particular restaurant.they do it to cut cost. Although the manager gave me a full refund and apologized I won't make the mistake of giving them any future business.

The customer service I recieved from the cashier was excellent. Everyone was kind and courteous and I recieved my food in a timely fashion. My food was hot and fresh and I was invited back to eat there again. I will be returning back to this location.

This McDonald’s sucks I always have to come back because they messed up on my order in And you always have to wait even does nobody really In this McDonald’s I wish I didn’t have to give it a star at all

Food is always rubbery, or bad tasting. Sometimes it takes a very long time to get through the drive through. I will not use a card for payment, as they take it somewhere else, while you wait for them to bring it back. It shouldn't be taken from site, and take 10 minutes to get it back. That's shady business practices.

Dirty service is ass in the ppl that work there dont care BOUT nothing BUT they Facebook in phone i live cross the street frm there in i go to the food cart befor i go there cuz they nasty as hell in there manager told me they don’t change the grease for three week I said so that’s why even y’all newly fried fires taste old jus plain nasty over there in not bull shitiin go there I bet my life you’ll be mad five start DOWN

The fries was overcooked and not very good. The service was ok. The table had ants on them. I will not be coming back here.

The worst experience every had to wait about 30 mins for nuggets cause they ran out of tenders. Never got a receipt and they forget my child apple slices

Horrible service. Food is usually wrong. Sometimes cold. Never orange juice or ice cream. Really just a bad McDonald’s.

Correct order, hot food, but a long wait. It is worth noting that this visit was around midnight, so it was drive-through only, and a longer wait is to be expected.

This may be the worst McDonalds in the country. The food is inconsistent. I have gotten regular size burger on a quarter pounder more than once. The fries are never hot or salted. The rolls are stale most of the time. The service is untrained at most times. The Mangers all seem overwhelmed. This place misses the old Managment. I think his name was Ray when he was here the place was not like this. Me & my family will go elsewhere so should you. This place needs big changes or it will be out of business sooner than later. McDonalds like this is why the chain is falling behind.
