McDonald's, Lewisburg PA

2/6/21 closing crew threw food into bag. I found 2 burgers unwrapped. Soggy bread. Wrong size fries. Missing a McChicken and when I called to let them know the women.probably night supervisor.was rude and talking down to me. I will be going in the morning to inform management and will no longer be ordering food from here ever again

It was a nightmare last night.don't bother going on the app because they can't use any of them barely they say and they didn't. There's a Merry Christmas coupon on there that you're supposed to get something with it for a dollar once a week.last night it was called the Griswold it's supposed to be a double cheeseburger with the purchase of a dollar. Now tell me this you work there you're the manager but you've never heard of it. I had called the survey from a coupon before a receipt. I wrote the validation code on the receipt and a piece of paper I didn't have the receipt on me sorry wrote down a piece of paper. But I got to the window she argued with me said she only worked there 3 days a week gave me such an attitude the manager was clueless and a d i c k. And told me it had to be on the receipt that's not the what the rule state so I had to change my order. And then it came to $19! The fries in itself were expensive I got a small dollar $1.99 my other half eventually after the whole mix up and a line to China behind us. Just got the quarter pounder combo.since that was already on there cuz I was getting the buy one get one free.oh there was nothing free about it $9 and it was medium. Here's what I understand they don't fill in the box at all of fries and sodas are a dollar so why is it $9? So I just got to hamburgers which came to $3 they used to be and we're fighting to get a stimulus check this is ridiculous these apps don't make it any easier or any better. McDonald's I work there and so did my friend who just quit as a did I because they don't train you they just rush you into stuff. And then since you don't know anything in 2 days they give you attitude it is the worst place and I hate to say this because that a 3 places, I chose McDonald's.cuz I do I like their hamburgers and I like their chicken and nuggets. Which last night you can tell they were sitting there. Like my reviews I will be doing the survey and calling the phone number to complain. Because you don't order a medium french fry and then get a small not on my dime. Thank you very much everybody God bless you

The biggest issue I have is when the indoor area is open for dining I think the old building had much more seating I am not a big fan of the new seating it's just not enough seating. And nothing against the young kids that go in to get meal but there is simply not enough seating.

The food was ok. But they forgot the sauce for the nuggets, and I wouldn't call waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes fast food. We would have left but the poor layout of this McDonald's means that once you are in the drive thru lane you cannot leave it. Overall a horrid experience.

Stopped in for a mocha frappe and a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. Prompt service and completion of my order. The decor of the restaurant is lovely. I remember Lewisburg McDonald's always going with a "Victorian era"style. I hope that when they remodel they keep the same iconic Victorian look and feel.

The Play Place is the best part about this McDonald's. It's an older building, so doesn't have a neat and clean appearance as many others do, but it's still decently clean.

We love the Lewisburg location! Fast service, super friendly and professional folks, and a fun play area.

They are very friendly, the restrooms are very clean, the play place is very decent sized with alot of seating.

The person who waited on us was grumpy. The food was fair, the coffee lukewarm - we ordered to-go.

The Mac, on 309, well a clean, comfy place. The food is great, price the same as in all mc D's. I like it. So will you.

Had to wait for hashbrowns but they were fresh, it was less than five min wait, and they gave me a coupon for having to wait.

Terrible service. Food had hair in it. Got my order replaced and it took them 15 min then they didn't bring the food I ordered. The woman who brought my order out said nothing. Just handed me food and left. Very rude.

I like it, so, I just suggest you eat the fries first because they get cold quick and they suck heated up or cold

Disgusting & playplace is rarely open since the roof has leaked for months & the owners don't care to fix it.

We come because of the indoor play area for the kids. They always have a great time and are not particular about the food. The service is usually friendly, although today was a little slow.

Went late night to the drive thru and crew was out front smoking. Everyone came in and not one person washed their hands. Didn't want my food anymore, I just drove away.yuck!

Way to go, Lewisburg McDonald's! It was lunch time and drive thru was moving at a great pace. All I wanted was an iced tea and I was in and out quickly. The staff was friendly and professional and my iced tea was made perfectly - "cut in half and no ice" - exactly as I like it. Thanks for a great visit!

U need to repair the playground roof. It is always closed due to leakage. Also post that it is closed. Do u know how sad children r when they get there food n walk back there n see the playground is closed? !?

Went through the drive-through and was in lane number one. She told me she would be with me in a minute. Three cars went through lane number two, and then no one, still we waited. Then a fourth car went though the other lane and then finally someone came on and wasn't very friendly when they were the one that made us wait.

Waited in line in the drive-through for FORTY-FIVE minutes with no way to pass out of the line and leave. Out of ice cream. Finally got around to the window and got our food; it was old and dried out, fries were oversalted. Tasted like fries had been dropped in a fryer with old grease, had an odd taste to them.
