Attitude and RUDE employees. Would not let me inside to place an order and insisted I had to download some app instead? !? !

Yes there is a pandemic but plenty of other restaurants in Philly are open for takeaway orders or even dine-in at a limited capacity.

Used to be a good place for a quick, hot meal. Not anymore. You can count on your food being cold and hours old from this location.

Good food, great customer service, employees are very polite. Took a star off bc we waited for like 20 min in line. However, that may be someone in front of us's fault idk.

Drive-thru experience is WAY nicer than the Broad & Girard location, and they get orders correct more often than not.

They were not preparing any Uber meal at all do not know why but they accept the order by the phone and keeps there outside standing for nothing.

Absolutely McAwful. Not like I’m expecting quality at Girard and Front, but good lord does this place suck.

It is a good place. We like ourselves some tasty chips, and here nice. I like Big Mac and my chips with coke. Yummy yummy. I also like Wendy’s, but Macdonalds beats them in food. Always judge them with how good the chips are. Bye sis!

Had to to wait 15mins for my food. My French cool & my fish sandwich was harm! Wasn't satisfied at all

Food was cold. I'd went through the driveway and I had to get out of my car to walk back to get new and hot food.and she had an attitude. Never again

The food is okay if it's fresh, but they usually get my order wrong. Great for the price, but there are a ton of better choices

Very small restaurant than I am used to for this franchise. The location is clen and the staff does a good job of moving the high volume of customers during the lunch rush hour. I recommend this store when you need the food served hot and in a timely manner.

Have been sitting in the drive thru for 23 minutes and have only moved up 1 spot with 3 cars in front of me. Absolutely horrible. Burger King from now on!

Disgusting Drive thru persons 80 inch weave swinging all into.the beverages. Fish hard burger cold ice coffee nasty. Throw the whole McDonald's out

Service was good.as long as the junkies ain't hanging out your ok.my food was cheaper than the MCD on Lehigh ave too.

Long waits usually in the morning. They get your order wrong half the time too or give you old looking food.

Always love Mcdonalds like any resturant they have their good days and bad days. But over all as long as my fries are fresh. They still make the best

The employees are great, saints if you will. The customers, eh, not much. A lot of junkies try to hang out here. Use the drive thru if you can. Seriously though, I really like the employees at this McDonalds.

That particular McDonald's on Girard Ave.off Front St.is a McDonald's I would avoid. It's not very clean. The rest rooms are Horrible! & lots of druggies hang in there. My advice is search out a different McDonald's.

I didn't like how they handle my order. 1) I had to wait for 15 mts to complete my order.
2) I had to ask for a complementary refreshment.
3) After been 10 minutes on the car service line had to wait 5 minutes more to get my food.
If you work for a buisness you want the people to come back gave them the respect that you will like to have.

Food is the same as any mcdonalds it all depends on weather the food is giving to you hot or cold the staff at times can be really rude and nasty but not all of them and the store for the most part is always clean compared to other locations I come here all the time down fall is that too many Peaple hanging out on the tables doing nothing they sell pills there and bums asking for money and I yet to ever see any managers or staff come out to remove anyone from the store it's like they totally ignore them that is the only down fall
