McDonald's, Pottstown PA

Quick. Hot. And CORRECT (prettyy much) every time. One of my favorite McDonald's in the area as everything does always seem so fresh!

I told them that forgot a 10 piece nugget last time I came through. They asked if my name was in "The Book". I told them that I had no idea what they were talking about. They gave me the nuggets. I don't know what this book is, but if questioned: deny any knowledge.

It was horrible took foever and it was 9: 30pm. Didn't have milkshakes or any pies. Ridiculous.

Very long wait inside and out also connected to gas station at times have to smell gas when waiting for food

Everyone loves McDonalds. Enough said. Oh and if you say you don't love McDonalds.well your just a fibber.

Gave me wrong order. Milk shake tasted like alcohol. No one in the kitches where wearing the proper attire to be messing with food. Their was food all over the floor in the kitchen. In my opinion this place need better management. By far the worst McDonald's i have been too.food was garbage so i left and walk out. Corporate should really look into this location.

Always terrible. Won't and haven't gone back in a while. Need to filter/change the oil more and keep fresh food.

Went her for lunch with my daughters clean and friendly staff reasonable prices love the Big Mac.

I love McDonald's their food is delicious in all but theres one thing i heard about the apple pie they have.im sorry if this bothers you but they have hair in them. I've checked but haven't seemed to find anything. [no i didnt tear the pie like an animal. ] ive tested theres nothing in it so its a myth. But that was just one.be sure to check those pies.but either way they deserve credit for the food i seen them make it and nothing is wrong so your fine.

This location lacks proper customer service skills. It’s amazing how some of the people are managers and can’t act professionally.

The cashier didn't know how to properly operate the register, took over 10 minutes to get my food and the fries naff WAY TOO MUCH SALT! It was one of the worst fast food experiences of my life.

The Pottstown McD's on route 100 that's open 24 hours should teach their employees some manners. Their customer service skills are non existent

Good service and food from 8am to 2pm. Afternoon and evening shift managers and employees are sub par.

Good place for a quick bite to eat and its paired with a bp gas station so you can gas up and get some food, only gave 4 stars because this location doesn't have as much seating as a normal McDonalds

Ordered breakfast burritos, got a fish sandwich. No iced coffee available. Manager did nothing.

Horrible service, how hard is it to cook a cheeseburger? Waited for over 15 minutes and finally went for my money, what a joke

This place is a joke. I ordered 3 crispy ranch wraps. 2 with no lettuce an extra ranch. So they charge me 90 cents for extra ranch cause. But why the hell should I pay extra when I'm taking off lettuce. I really hate this company. I will no longer buy from McDonald's. I will go to Wendy's. Thanks for wrapping people off. Not cool.

It was an ok McDonald's. The food was good. The sausage and egg McMuffin was average but the new fresh cooked burgers are better than before.

The closest McDonald's to me that's open 24/7. Food is great and good quality. Hardly any wait time.

Didn't remember our order had to leave n come back because the forgot to put a sandwich in the bag
