McDonald's, Erie PA

They did terrible. I ordered 2 quarter pounders and they gave me 1 quarter pounders and 2 cheese burgers.

Added tomato to my husband's double cheese burger. Even though ticket had it on it no tomato. Didn't great me at second window just started handing me food, after waiting 5 mins.

Ordered 1 drink. The cashier did not know how to ring it up. Then, no one prepared it. Had to go back to counter and ask where my drink was. Then girl did not know how to make it. Had to be shown. I have never seen anything so bad as far as service is concerned. Will NOT be going back!

The rest room was dirty from some dirt bag that probably writes negative reviews but staff handled it. I noticed the employees took the time to make sure beverages were made properly, food was fresh and presentable. Thanks and keep up the good work!

It's a lot smaller inside than it looks from the outside. Uncomfortable seating, and the food quality compared to other McDonald's in the area was lacking. I would drive out of my way to go to a different one anyday!

I had a day changing burger from this location. Driver through was fast and efficient. Friendly staff, as if they changed their crew overnight. If you had a bad opinion I recommend a second chance.

It's Mcdonalds! You know what you're getting. Staff at drive through has been consistently friendly. No complaints.

This McDonald's is new and clean. Great atmosphere and convenient location. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the drive thru is usually slower than other McDonald's in the area. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Laura makes it such a pleasure to stop here. What joy she brings to customers. It is also helpful getting online coupons for purchases.

Wrong food served i ordered sausage cheese sandwiches was given ham and cheese mc muffins. Ordered hot cakes for my grandkids no plastic silverware given for them to eat it with? No I did not return to complain I will just choose a different a different restaurant in the future.

Standard McDonald's, however due to the the crowd nightly foot traveling to places isn't recommended, as I myself found myself in the middle of a conflict when getting a cup of coffee at 2am after getting off the train. During the day though it is fine as it by a major road protalred by police. Night times are best done by drive through.
