McDonald's, York PA

I've never had any issues at this location. I enjoy the double drive thru lines which make it faster to order and receive your food. They have never made any mistakes with my order and I get the correct order each time I go through the drive thru line. The food is always hot especially the fries. The staff is also always polite.

No stars.big goose egg.every single time I go to this place the order is always missing something

This McDonald’s is the busiest around but always up for a challenge they work very hard even when it’s overloaded everywhere, sure it takes some time but sometimes understaffed and still manages to get orders out they take attitude and cristicism a lot but will fix anything they can for you to your liking definitely the best around if you have problems tell them they fix it

Often busy and not exactly what I would call "fast" food. The drive thru menu is confusing and hard to read.

French fries were cold and my snack wraps ranch dressing was horrible. Tasted expired, one bite and threw it away

Food took 15-20 minutes like usual at 12am and my bun was burnt and I mean burnt. Also my fries were hard as a rock except for a few and way to much salt and I love salt so for me to say that it's bad

My lady friend got sick from one of the new never frozen burgers from Gettysburg we believe. I've had it several times and you don't forget the pain when your large intestine is screaming at you. Which is how nutrients are absorbed. Across the back and both sides of the back area. I'm convinced!
Never frozen doesn't mean let it sit out McDonald's!

Its McDonald's, now its got the fancy order kiosks instead of people, taking orders. Not sure that it expedites the orders but, it does save on payroll.

I came here literally for a plain sundae and ended up waiting for 3 people who were in line after me who also ordered multiple sundaes to get theirs before me so 15 mins wait for literally a 2 second task while watching 2 cones and 5 sundaes to go out before mine this happens everytime i come here i only come because its a 2 minute walk from my house

This McDonald's always gets something wrong. ALWAYS! I know one of the managers he is likely to fix the error. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave the drive thru. They must all be high. It's tough working at McDonald's.

Always cash only when I'm stopping by after work at 1am. Oh there fryers are being cleaned NO FRIES OR CHICKEN NUGGETS. Why not close and reopen instead of wasting my time. Weekend days are great that's the reason for 3 stars. AVOID AFTER MIDNIGHT.

Quick service. Food was ok. They took away my favorite specialty meal but I still love most of there things. Although I miss getting a while meal for 2 or 3 bucks (I'm adding myself).

The front young lady wait staff was pure rude. She acted as if I were in her way! I asked her to explain the online/cell phone discounts and the in-store special and she said none of that mattered! Wow! P-L-E-A-S-E get a "Public Friendly" wait staff person who also knows the products and current specials! I won't return to Crossings York PA McDonalds again!

They made me wait 20 min, i had to park at the drive thru spot to wait for my food and it was wrong.i ordered crispy chicken, the ticket and receipt say chicken, but i got a burger.and not even wrapped they set it on the wrapper.you suck.

Its McDonald's, what can you say. If you come to this location at night - after 11 - be prepared to WAIT. Its almost comical how disorganized the night crew is at this place.

The cost of the new way of ordering and you don't get the person attention you got from the before

This location is pretty good service is not always good food is usually good got one of those new freshly made quarter pounders it was not freshly made was not what I expected may try one again

The new fresher quarter pounder was so much better then the old dried up hockey puck they used to serve. I was very pleased with my meal.

Good food at good prices. Ofcourse, it's still just McDonalds food but it will satisfy your hunger while your on the run. The employees are all very nice and helpful. Its disappointing that the new owners raised a lot of the prices.

Loucks Rd McDonalds should close up and open a Dunkin donuts Useless staff, Wait time 20 minutes plus. Stay away. Probably spit in your food to. Scumbags
