Ever restaurant around is open to dine in, this one won’t even let you in to use the restrooms! Be so glad to get back to VA!

Food was awful and they did not even get order right.we went through drive through.the young boy was to busy try to get a date with one of the girls working there to give us our order and one girl at the register inside was playing on her phone.wont be going back there

Stay away from this place. Rude staff, its McDonald's not a 10 star restaurant. I will be contacting corporate about this place.

Everytime I visit this place and take my food home something is missing. So I call and they want me to come back and get what they missed. I don't think so!

The last 4-5 times I have tried to order through the drive through they have told me either, they’re closed for maintenance, their system is down, or they aren’t “‘making food right now”. I go to work at 3am and try to get a coffee. I have yet to succeed in every having a coffee from this McDonald’s.

This McDonald's is a very well updated fast food restaurant. They have 3 kiosks where you can place your order and pay. Then you get table service for you food. A nice touch. Their staff is very friendly and this particular McDonald's is at a good location.

I like the new kiosks inside. Someone brought me my food at my table in about 5 minutes. Could have been faster for fast food, but I am not going to complain. Everything was right. Loved it! Very friendly staff when I was there.

Ordered two things, never received. If they didn’t have the product why’d they add it to my receipt?

Greasy. Luke warm. Little flavor. Typical McDs. Every once in a while I need to be reminded. Now I'm good for several years.

This is one of the nicest McDonald's I have ever been in. Marble type tables and comfortable seating.

Went through drive through. No one was at paying station. Waited 15 mins for food. Frape machine was broke (nothing new) left before I could pay didnt want to wait another 15 for a large fry.

Love the new setup Walkman ordered my food off this new thing took a number sat down and they brought my food to me what great service

Ordered food through the drive- thru and they didnt give us half the food. Went in and they wanted us to pay for the food again! Food we didnt even get in the first place!

Asked for the new smokehouse burger and got chicken instead. The worst part is the chicken had bone in it. Asked for only cheese and ketup on kids meal and it still had the onions and pickels. Went through drive through might explain some of the issues but not the poor quality of food.

We waited for 30 minutes in drive thru until they figured out the person that front of us paid for it order it was very bad. It's not a place I will visit again ever.

This was the first McDonalds that I have ever been in where I had to order via app or kiosk. I never saw an employee until I had already ordered my food. It was delivered to my table. This was NOT a bad thing!

Dang, I sound fat!

Used to be my all time favorite place. Used to be very fast. Now I sit on the drive thru for way too long. Nothing fast about this fast food place. What ever happened to 90 seconds or free? Cause at this very moment ive been sitting in the same place for 7 mins.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a cappuccino that tasted like coffee grounds. I called Mcdonalds to complain but only was able to leave a recorded message. I never received a call back. How is that for customer service. If I could give a rating of ZERO, I would have.

I'm not a fan of this, cashier-less/self service store. I placed my order before two other people dealing with the cashier (they weren't there when I walked in) and they got their food before me.
