The overall price turned out to be less than the initial quote. Great experience with Royce and McHale’s overall. I would highly recommend!

The technician was very professional and listened to my problem and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was very patient in answering all my questions. He also was able to take care of a small additional issue without any problems. Very clean and neat job.

Our (very old) HVAC system died, leaving a large puddle of water in the basement and a sweating family in 90+ degree weather. Pat Hannigan from McHales got out to us the same day I called, checked out the system, and patiently answered a thousand questions from us about our options. Unprofessional business practices. Told one thing over the phone then told something completely different in person. Stated you install HVAC systems yet when tech arrives they state they don’t. Waste of time for both parties.

Called Saturday afternoon for an electrical "emergency. " McHales answered the phone immediately and had a tech, Tim Bailey, dispatched to my house within the hour. Tim was very professional, affable and identified the problem immediately. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. So far, I have been given quotes that make no sense and are ridiculously over priced. McHales seems to be running some sort of scam operation where they charge people for stuff that is not needed and then quote them things that make no sense.

McHales installed a replacement heat pump system for us in late April. Anthony came out to the house and correctly sized a new system, and gave us a good price. He explained all finance options, and assisted us in obtaining interest free, 12 month financing. McHales has demonstrated that they want satisfied customers, by their fast response time whenever we had any issues. I would definitely recommend them as a source for HVAC equipment and services.

I have a very limited income and the gentleman was able to give me a 25 dollar coupon also he was able to fix my leaking hot water faucet when another company told me my sink was to old to fix that they didn't have those parts anymore I would need everything knew your guy went to homedepot and came rrt back and fixed it for less than half the price of other companies I don't remember his name however yes ago his grandfather was Mr plumber and I am very pleased with the honesty and professionalism and great service

I will say Ryan, my technician came in today to put my capacitor in my AC his second time coming to do service very professional, has a lot of knowledge and is very helpful I definitely recommend him again for any services. I have in the future

Realized last-minute that my current stove was hardwired and my new stove (being delivered the next morning) required an outlet. The on-call tech, Kyle, came out at 7pm on a Saturday to disconnect the old stove and install an outlet. He was professional and super nice and very patient with my curious child who wanted go see everything that was going on.
