8 How is this listed as a low cost spay and neuter facility when you have to pay for two separate visits and the spaying alone is over $325? ! Of course females will cost more but really that's outrageous

I have been going to McKean Vet for years and have always loved them and the Excellent care the doctors and assistants give. Recently I have noticed that familiar faces that have been there for so long are gone and the new check in staff at the front is not as friendly so that is disappointing. I had an apt the other day and front-end staff did not even acknowledge me or make eye contact once. Yet another place where customer service is lacking. I will continue to go here because the Vets are wonderful and know my animals but miss the friendly staff!

I’ve been bringing my pets here for years! They always love the animals. They are very knowledgeable and what they do and they care and it shows. I drive out of my way to come to this veterinarian office due to those facts right there.
