5Chad McNelis responded to my phone call within a couple of hours and scheduled his gutter cleaning crew within a week. The two guys did a great job clearing 1st and 2nd floor gutters of leaves and scraps of shingles from a roofing job we had done 5 years ago. Chad even adjusted the price down since the roof was easier access than he first thought. Quality work (and cleanup), prompt, and honest. McNelis Gutter Cleaning is now stored in my phone list and I’ll be contacting them again next fall.
The gentleman was very courteous. My siding had some dirt on it and he reconnected the hose and cleaned it off.
My only complaint is the standard price. Why have all your gutters cleaned if they don't need it.
Inexperienced workers. Poor gutter cleaning service. Also damaged my house. You don't have to believe me just hire them to find out.
Had backed up gutters due to pine needles. Very reasonably priced, quick to schedule and amazing cleanup work. Highly, highly recommend!
Been on the list to have my gutters cleaned since the end of May. Say they are “backed up” due to the rainy season and I’m “on the list”. Haven’t seen much rain lately for weeks. Beyond frustrated after leaving 3 voice mails all with responses, but last voice mail eluded that they would be out three weeks ago.looking elsewhere.
