I have been purchasing vehicles from Mcquillens for years. I just purchased a 2022 chevy equinox this time and this is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. The staff is easy to work with and make it easy to purchase the vehicle you want. Their staff has many years experience and have been with this dealer for years and always gets you the best deal.

The service department explained everything that I needed to know about my car in terms of oil changes and tire rotations. Mason and Dan answered questions about my heated seat sensors and when I could expect those to arrive. Ron Lockwood showed me how to use the GMAC app to see how many points I’ve earned. That’s why this is my 4th Terrain I’ve leased here! Friendly people, great service and competitive prices.

Place is a joke you can bring in a vehicle and they give you a fair condition on the trade in even though the car is in good to excellent condition, pretty sad when I can go down the street and all of the sudden the value of my car jumps 7-9 grand.

I just think they have gone down hill. And I have lost all respect for the business. I was just there and there was a lady outside just using the F word like she was drinking water. I don't think that very professional. And looks bad for you and your company.

The parts department helped me out of finding what I was looking for very courtesy towards customers. I'll always will come back here for my automotive needs!

Took my car in for a code on the dashboard and it smelled like it was leaking oil on the engine. They did pick me up and drop me off from my house which was nice, but the error code is still there and the worrying smell still persists.

Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I love dealing with McQuellen they treat their customers with kindnesses and respect! You guys ROCK!

I scheduled a oil change and a tire rotation.
We had a hole in one of the tires which was leaking air, They put a plug in my tire no charge

On Star notified us about an emission problem we were having. McQuillen's took us right in and fixed it. Very fast, professional and courteous service.

I am heartbroken that they sold a vehicle to a relative in "Excellent Working Condition" with a bad air conditioner and quoted them $600 to fix it. This company does not stand behind what they sell.

Literally has the worst management, never supporting this place, I’ll take my money elsewhere, The Mcquillens aren’t good people!

Greg and the service dept are always friendly and treat us with respect. Also talked to my salesman, Ron Lockwood and he was great as well!

You have a new customer for life! My car wasn't running correctly and I couldn't drive it. I tried to get it in to my regular shop and they were over a week out and couldn't fit me in. I called McQuillen and spoke to Marc in service and he said if I could leave it the next day he would fit me in. He did and got everything taken care of. Thank you for such Great service! You guys will be my first choice in the future!

My husband and I were looking for second vehicle to fit our family on our tight cash budget. I saw a vehicle they had online and stopped in around lunch time. I had less than what the vehicle listed for and they quickly made a deal with us in our budget and we were owners same day! I have never had such an incredible experience with a car dealership. I am beyond blown away. Salesman Brian Phillips was SO helpful and kind to us and our kids. He is one of a kind. I will always recommend them from now on. Thank you so much for your help!

I am very satisfied with the way the service team handled my first oil change and its inspection. Although, this is the first vehicle I have purchased from McQuillen's, they have treated my GMC Terrain and me very well. I especially liked the little room where I could sit and have coffee while I waited for the work to be done. Very Nice! Thank you.

First place we stopped to look at cars. We found the one we really were interested in. We were greeted by Gary Chrostowski who was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. He even held the car for us while we thought about everything. I highly recommend this place! Ask for Gary! You will not be disappointed!
