Meade Heating & Air Conditioning, Chester Springs PA

I had them install a broiler brand new from they company MEADE on 6/21/22. Today is the 12/24 I have been without heat for three days now and yet to have a response for someone to come fix my heat. Well long story short I just called for a city inspector to come out because they installed the broiler wrong and have the intake valves outside facing up so that anything can go inside in. My suggestion have a city inspector on the premises or you will be like I am today no heat until after the holidays my lawyers are having a field day with this one see you all soon. And please continue to take your time as you are installing heating and cooling incorrectly.

We had a generator installed.they were very courteous and helpful.we are new to the area and this was our first generator purchase. They helped us with the purchase and explained pros and cons and gave us very useful advice. Would recommend them to anyone who needs their services

The thermostat panel on our Trane heat pump died, probably from a power spike. Mike was here in a few hours and presented me with a range of options spanning $200 to $600. He had the less expensive model on his truck and installed it in a few minutes. He wore protective booties on his shoes, which I appreciated to keep the wooden floors from getting scratched.

Meades (Ott’s) have always provided us with fast and reliable service. The technicians that have come to our home have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They definitely get an A+ for customer service! We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our home’s heating and cooling needs.

I had an issue with my AC unit and Mike, the service technician, was at my house a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the issue and returned a few days later to install the part.

A few years ago, I chose Meade when searching for a new HVAC system. I'm very glad I did. The Trane system they installed has been awesome. Meade also provides the semi annual service to my AC and Heating Units. Mike is a great technician and is a pleasure to work with & everyone I've dealt with at Meade is professional and knowledgeable. I recommend Meade to everyone who asks and will continue to do so.

I’m in the Reading PA area, and I highly recommend Meade/B & L Ott HVAC that had repaired, and then ultimately replaced my central air conditioning system. The service gentleman who came out on a Sunday, was prompt, professional, prepared, polite, and was able to get my 20 year old system working until the installation crew could replace the system. Technician was prompt, professional and on-time, performed the required repair in a reasonable time. Initially there was some confusion concerning the quote, which prompted me to issue a un-earned bad review of one star and some unprofessional statements on my part. Meade installed my heat pump in January of 2000. Did a very good and professional job. Recently I noticed a problem with the pad on which the heat pump sits. I brought it to their attention and they were right on top of it. Came out a short time after I called and resolved the problem. We’re happy with the job and the service provided to us by Meade!

The technician was friendly, polite, on time, and willing to answer a few questions that I had. He wore a mask and shoe covers while in our home, which was greatly appreciated. We have been using them for several years now, and so far, no complaints.

Service was professional, and quick, which is exactly what we needed when our AC broke during a heat wave! Meade has done our last two units, and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Mike came out the next day after we called and was very helpful addressing the issue we had with our HVAC system. He contacted his upper management and helped reimburse us for our troubles. He is always pleasant to work with as well.

The recent installation of our new system went smoothly from initial consultation to installation which took only 4 hours.
