Sarah L will submit bills for extra services she did not perform. My last appointment wasn’t even a real appointment and she still submitted for stuff not even discussed since we only discussed one thing,
The worst medical professional I have ever been to. My appointments are constantly late. My appointment today was 1: 30 but they call me back didn’t to the room until 2: 20. My previous appointment was 1.5 hours behind. If you’re 1 minute late they will remind you about the late policy. I think Sarah should really find a way to manage time so she isn’t constantly behind on appointments. The level of professionalism stopped for me after the receptionist and one of the other assistants.

Poor. Poor. Poor. Surgery on an 85 yr old male on blood thinners and 'just sit and wait' for 72 hours for the bleeding to stop. Really? Nothing else to be done?

I called for an appointment last week. I was a returning patient although had not been there for a couple (?) of yrs due to covid. But now I want to be checked. I was told that it had been 3 yrs in August so now I was considered a new patient.and the wait time was one year! You have got to be kidding. Very unhappy with that. Told her forget it. It is just ridiculous. They are lucky I gave them one star
