5 stars are for delivery Technician Joe H. He was proper, knowledgeable, courteous. Overall I think of this company, but they need to train phone people better, a couple of reps I have talked to are too inexperienced with phone & product experience. And please, get rid of the pan flute fairy music while on hold, ready to pull my hair out on it. Some 70's pop, easy listening would be so much better. Thank You

Drivers were very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. It was call center that needs work. My husband on hospice needed two oxygen concentrators. One didn't work. Hospice nurse called in a priority on bringing new machine. Called in at 10: 00 am was delivered two days later. Call center said they didn't have a request in records. We weren't ordering insignificant items. There's plenty more problems which need rectifying but this complaint was most serious.

I have never had any problems. Sam is amazing. Everyone that works there has always been great, helpful, and have had great attitudes! I appreciate them all so much.

I had an emergency over the weekend and needed a new concentrator. My tech was Danny Flynn and i couldnt have asked for more. He came right out to replace it and was very kind and knowlegeable knowing how badly it was needed. Thank you again Danny

When I called in my order those I spoke with were very respectful and pleasant.

Had to replace a unit. I am very pleased with the experience. Ordered over the phone was effortless. The delivery person was very knowledgeable and assisted in the setup of the portable oxygen concentrator. Good company to deal with.

Arturo was AWESOME very friendly respectful punctual setting up was fast and clean OVERALL he is a great TEAM player outstanding customer service

Very good customer service the technician was clean nice and polite asking if it is anything else I needed help with I would recommend adapt health to my family when they need it
