MedExpress Urgent Care, Belle Vernon PA

Slow as hell, no sense of urgency AT ALL. My grandma had to go because she cut her hand and had substantial blood loss and she needed stitches. The only time they were urgent was when my grandma passed out and fell off the table and I yelled for nurses to come help. They knew she was bleeding and needed stitches and they were nowhere to be found after we were put in the exam room. I am absolutely appalled.

They understand that I'm in homecare an must be fast &I was in&out in about 15minutes.my patient has bad anxiety attacks if I'm gon÷ long an they understand.

I needed a non CDL physical ASAP. I arrived at 4 pm on 10/21/22 and was taken back within 20 minutes. I required a sleep study report. They called me on 10/24/22 and informed me that all Paperwork had been completed. I rec'd my actual physical and all documents faxed to HR. Great job

Not to bad, I'll be honest the low ratings worried me a bit but I decided to give them a try. I waited almost 2 hours before I got seen and about 15 minutes before the doctor got in. The care itself was very good and they got me taken care of. If they're able to cut down the wait time they'd be all good in my opinion. Overall as long as it's nothing you'd need a super urgent matter I think they're good.

I will never go back to this place again. Both my husband n I have sinus infections. He had no problem getting an antibiotic however they refuse to give me one and I am only getting worse over the week. Where as he is getting much better. WTH? Antibiotics are like gold these days? I always get sinus infections n are always treated with an antibiotic with much success. I swear they hire clowns for doctors!

Had to use med express yesterday. Everyone was great, very informative, and very pleasant. They were so busy but made me feel as if I was completely cared for. I could not of asked for a better visit or outcome.

Had good experiences (as an adult) however, I took my child there they diagnosed her with lymphangitis, didn't have a good feeling with what they said it was, took her to children's, ended up being Lymes. If I wouldn't of taken her, could of ended up bad.

Waited 2 hours outside to get in, then over an hour in the room inside. Ruined my whole day. The is no express in med express and definitely no urgency in their urgent care. Ridiculous! You’re better off spending the extra money and just go to ER.

Brought my kids here checked in on my phone which was so awesome since my one kid is pretty energetic and everyone was great I have never had anywhere treat us as well as this place and their staff. Thank you belle vernon/ rostraver med express

Very happy with my visit today! When my PCP refused to see me because of my symptoms, I went early and only waited 30 minutes. The staff and doctor were great!

I arrived at 5: 25 when they don’t close until 7, called the number and no answer, doors are locked, people are in there working. Another person called 10 minutes before she got there and said they were going to stay open until 6. They saw us standing out there and completely ignored us. Lazy and unprofessional.

Have been sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours and 13 minutes with a sick kid trying to get a covid test and the only thing I can think of is they're letting people go ahead of me so that they don't have to clean the room after my daughter gets in there they're making me wait till the end. Meanwhile my sick kid has been in the car stuck here not being able to go anywhere and they tell me they're still six people ahead of me no wonder they had a 2.3! Star review before I gave them a one-star. Was flat out lied to and pushed to the bottom of the list!

They keep telling me they are to busy to accept a patient. I need to call back every 20 minutes to check. I have been calling since 1300 all the way till 1730.

There was about a 40min wait, but thats understandable this time of year. Staff were professional and courteous.

I had a good experience today. The wait was to be expected. The PA was very caring and helpful. The nurse was empathetic and sweet. The front desk staff were courteous and polite. I hopped on Google to give a positive review because I was so pleased and I was surprised to see negative reviews. My experience was a good one and they took good care of me, and I’m a big baby when I’m the patient. Thanks for a good experience.

The worst doctor ever. That old geezer needs to retire. He can't even see! I was told to go to the emergency room because they couldn't do anything for me! After waiting 3 hours! Never again!
