MedExpress Urgent Care, Meadville PA

They rushed me the entire time, barely asked me any questions and wouldn't prescribe me anything! Another GASLIGHTING experience!

I must say I did receive great medical care during my visit to MedExpress. However, I do not agree with their policy of having to obtain and keep on file
my credit card information on file. If I knew they were going to do this, I would’ve gone to Vernon express care, now that I know Vernon ExpressCare will be my first choice! Tom King

My issue was addressed promptly, I received a good explanation of the condition and given a prescription. Great experience. Thank you.

Everyone was friendly and professional- Dr. Nancy Flynn McGarvie was excellent and took time to listen to my concerns! She was empathetic and called a prescription in immediately because the pharmacy was closing soon- excellent care!

My most recent experience:
Ashley (RN) did my check-in and was amazing. Easy to interact with, did a manual BP when the automatic was squeezing hard, and showed genuine concern.
K. Delp (NP) saw me for my medical complaint. I thought she immediately had class when she also introduced her scribe, Molly. NP Delp asked questions to acquire a thorough history and also did a physical evaluation, and wasn't in a rush. She was aware of my allergies and prescribed medication accordingly.
On check in there were 7 people ahead of me. Without decreasing any step of medical care, they still handed me care papers on my way out in less than an hour.
My go-to place when I need medical care sooner than my PCP can schedule me.

Everyone was so very nice even though I was feeling very uncomfortable because I have shingles. Didn't have to wait to see a Dr. I would highly recommend the MedExpress Urgent Care.

Husband went in with sinus infection symptoms. Practitioner never examined his nose, ears, throat. He did get a script for antibiotics so all wasn't lost

I got there 3 minutes before closing with my sick toddler and they didn’t complain, show any irritation or turn us away-very nice staff and the doctor was super nice!

Unfriendly, unprofessional, if you deal with the public at least acknowledge someone who is politely asking a question it is your job! There are other express places in the area. Understaffed does not mean be rude!

Came in today 12/02/22 for a medical card renewal and have been sitting in here for well over an hour and ppl that came in after me are being seen before me when I was told it’s a first come first serve and it’s definitely not that way at all

I'm sitting here for 45 minutes while people continue to show up and continue to go ahead of me. I ask the staff why people are going ahead of me and they said I'm only here for a drug test and it won't take much longer. Seriously why would this be ok? What an absolute joke.

I have used MedExpress multiple times over the past couple of years. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. Wait times are often longer than I prefer but my overall experience has been good.

I’m angry! Brought my son here after call from school nurse that she was concerned about his ears and they needed checked. Get here she says two hour wait. It’s dead waiting room. She claimed parking lot was full of folks waiting to be seen. I said we will deal with wait he needs seen. It’s day before thanksgiving. We are seen way under two hours. But the practitioner was cold. No manors, no care attitude. They didn’t want to be here and we’re just cycling ppl out as quick as they can not even in 5 mins. Where she says no infection but ordered antibiotics anyhow and tells him he should no at this point this will be life long and I’m not so many years just told him to deal. We won’t be back. Her attitude was enough to erase the few good experiences we’ve had. I felt like she didn’t care about my kid and I pray if she has kids nobody uses the bed side manor with them that was used on my kid

Horrible horrible people let my child be seen by not even a family member and when I come see results the got ingotant

Wonderful staff and even better Doctor! I was hesitant to take my daughter there, but I couldn’t have asked for any better service!

My step-mom works here and always recommends i come here for myself, my husband, or my daughter. And i brought my daughter here just the other day and it was wonderful. The women behind the desk were so helpful and understanding and the nurses who came to us in the room were very efficient and very kind. We spent less than an hour all together in there and already had more results then the er could give us.
