If I could give a 0 I would. I went here to get vaccines, but because it was 530. Even know they close at 8. The woman at the desk tells me you can't get vaccines here. Even know there web site says it. All because they got to give paperwork. I will never use this place

This is ridiculous that now you have to book appointments. This is not the service you initially advertised.

Have had several friends and family come to this facility and have horrible experiences. I personally have never been (and I never would based on the stories I've heard from them) so take with a grain of salt but anyone who is thinking of going here should be made aware; these people have no idea what they are doing. In the past year alone I can recall at least 3 times where my family and friends (one of who was a young child who ended up in the hospital due to a incorrect diagnosis/ underwhelming response to symptoms) have been to this facility and were diagnosed with "a simple cold" or "dehydration" and they ended up in the HOSPITAL just a few days later. Medical professionals should not be so incapable to diagnose potentially life threatening illnesses on a regular basis.if you are thinking of going or taking your family or god forbid child to this location please do not. And no I will not be replying to the "owner" who will probably respond to this review asking for "more details" if you care what people are saying so much you need to look at and evaluate your entire operation this is NOT and isolated incident.

I understand it's a company and a business but when your priorities are money over care that's a issue. Someone not being seen for 20-40 dollar past due balance is insanity and is what's wrong with the Healthcare system now. Put patient care first then worry about the money

Horrible service- I came there tonight at 7: 25 to be RUDELY told they don't have any time slots tonight. Zero patients in the waiting room and posted hours are 800am - 8: 00pm daily. So first why post hours on a sign of you're not going to honor them, and why post a sign that says schedule OR walk in if that isn't true. But most of all why be rude. Horrible receptionist or poor quality nurse dealt with & horrible place I'll never go back again. Lazy is what I feel was happening, about to close in a half hour and didn't want to bother with me.

This is supposed to be a walk-in urgent care clinic open until 8 PM. This evening, I had a minor accident with my finger and needed some basic medical attention – nothing as serious as an ER visit but certainly more than a Band-Aid could fix. I arrived at MedExpress at 7: 45 PM, fully aware that I was cutting it close to closing time (and being a former vet tech, I completely understand the feeling of the door opening just as you're about to wrap up).

I apologized for arriving so late, expecting the receptionist to appreciate that I was empathizing with her. Instead, she said, "Yeah, we don't have any appointments left. " What? The waiting room was empty, and there was no visible hustle-bustle in the back, either - one other seated employee, peeking up over the counter at me. Perhaps they had one or two patients in exam rooms, but still, this is a walk-in clinic, right? I had a simple cut on my finger that could have easily been examined by a practitioner and treated in a matter of seconds, maybe with some glue. Yet, with a mere 15 minutes left until closing time, I was told that was an impossible request.

It's truly disheartening that a place designed to provide urgent care turned me away so close to their supposed closing time, especially when the issue was as minor as a finger cut. This experience left me frustrated and bewildered about the priorities of this clinic. I hope this feedback prompts them to reevaluate their approach to patient care and consider the real purpose of an 'urgent care' facility.

Went on a Saturday for an ear ache from likely sinus infection. The girl at desk for some reason couldn't confirm my insurance. Instead of taking my insurance information and billing it to the insurance as most places would, they wanted me to pay out of pocket. If they bill it to the insurance and they don't pay the claim, they still have my credit card on file that they could bill. I said don't bother. I'd rather not give them my business. Though not this specific med express, my dad went to Med Express to get treatment and they missed diagnosing his legionaires disease. He ended up dying from the disease.

Where do I even begin? I had to get a physical done for my employer. First of all, this location has some great employees, Becky to name one. She did my TB test last week and was super nice and accommodating. I went back for the rest of my physical today 3/13. The doctor was great and explained to me that my paperwork that needed filled out for my job would be at the front desk. Simple right? I thought, but was very wrong. The dark haired woman at the front was extremely rude and when I showed her that signatures were missing, she kept informing me that “the doctor doesn’t do that here”. I was confused, being that many staff from my job have come here and gotten their paperwork completed. I asked her if I could speak to the doctor or another nurse and she declined, saying they were all too busy or with someone. Needless to say, I had to drive 40 minutes to the Mars location to get my paperwork signed. Had to get another physical completed taking 3 hours of my time total. They were baffled at how I was treated and said there was NO reason why they couldn’t have signed my paperwork. I would avoid this Chippewa location at all costs and have already filed a complaint with Corporate.

Worst service ever. Only one person in front of us and we were there for 2 1/2 hours and nothing was done. This place either needs to close down or get more staff it’s not fair to the patients and if they are understaffed, it’s not fair to the staff either. You are better off going to the hospital and sitting in the emergency room, then to waste your time going here.

If I could rate this facility a zero I would. For a "quick express care" I waited almost 2 hours for care was prescribed something I'm not comfortable taking. Called back to see if I could have something different which didn't seem to be a problem with them and they told me they would send it to the pharmacy. This is now day 3 of them NOT sending it to the pharmacy. Everytime I call to see if the script has been sent to the pharmacy yet they tell me they are really busy and they haven't had a chance to send it to the pharmacy when the doctor has a chance he will send it which I told them that's the same thing I was told yesterday how do I know that it's actually going to be sent and her answer was keep calling back. I have no faith that this script is actually going to get sent to the pharmacy and that I am going to have to go somewhere else before this condition gets any worse. I will never recommend nor come back to this location for care.
