Very easy to use. Help is there to help you set your device. I had to change my point of contacts and again help was there. I feel very confident with my device.

Works great. I had a my lively it told me to use my phone. If I could get to my phone I would not have to use my button.

The Medical Guardian Mini is a fine device. However, the Customer Service is so awful that I can't see signing up for the longterm. 9/22/23

Buyer beware. I followed the instructions from the "owner" in their reply to my post below. I called the number provided and requested assistance. Instead of assistance, I was put on hold for a good while and then disconnected. The Customer Service is egregiously bad.

Although l haven't had occasion to actually use this service, l consider it a must for seniors or young women who live or go out alone. The only drawbacks are the large size of the device and the cost of the service.

Praise the Lord! I have only had to use this service once and was very pleased with the resresponse. It was very timely. They were able to get me back on my feet quickly and I was on the go again.

This device and service was crucial for our family when my mother fell and was 30 minutes away from us to help her and we had no idea she had fallen. It is worth every penny! You can't put a price on the health and wellness, and ultimately, the life of a loved one.

My mother has been very pleased with Medical Guardian. Thankfully she has not had to use it but it gives us peace of mind.

Medical Guardian is fantastic. Everyone on the phone is kind and patient. If they get a distress signal they reply in seconds. Without their services my mother would not be able to live in her home. We appreciate Medical Guardian!

I’m confident wearing my Medical Guardian alert. I’m alone so if anything happens it’s right there for me.

When I purchased the system for my mother the customer service was excellent. Setup was very simple and I feel much better knowing my mother can call for help if she has an emergency.

I have needed my Medical Guardian emergency fob as recently as May 2023 when I fell and broke my hip outside at my condo. The GPS actually told them I was next to my neighbors bldg. They called the ambulance immediately and stayed on the line until the EMT's arrived and took over. They also called my listed emergency contacts immediately. I highly recommend Medical Guardian to anyone who lives alone or has health issues. They call for help when you can't!

My 95 yr old mother loves her Medical Guardian device. She returned one that was too heavy and awkward for this as is very happy with that choice!

I have been so pleased with my Medical Guardian. I used it for the first time when I really needed it a few days ago. It worked just like they said it would and I was so pleased when help arrived to help me up from the floor of my carport. Thanks for that!

Always rapid and smooth assistance when needed. It’s great that the device has its own GPS and not tied together with anything else, like a phone.

I ordered a Guardian at my son's request, and just having it has given peace of mind and a more relaxed life. The "fall" feature is a welcome addition, especially the ease of reporting a false indication when the gadget has dropped accidentally from my slippery hands when being placed on my belt. That belt clip was the key to my selection of Medical Guardian, since as a man, I shuddered at the thought of wearing a necklace. Plus the wide geographic coverage. Highly recommended.

HOWEVER, beware if you discontinue service.you will be required to pay shipping back, pay a restocking fee of $50, and pay extra for insurance.it's costly to terminate service

Having PPMS is very scary! Each & every day my symptoms vary that's what makes it so unpredictable and on top of that I live alone. With Medical Guardian (MG) I am never alone the local EMT's are aware of my condition and when I need them MG will fill them in to the care I need. Luckily when I press my button a short synopsis is given the MG operator and relayed swiftly and accurately to the EMT's and they calm me and dispatch needed help. I think in the four years I have had MG I needed the fall detection only once but am happy I have it you just never know!
