Lousy! Waited 2 weeks for a consultation appointment and they canceled less than 24 hours prior. I explained to them that my problem was nearing a critical phase and they Told me there was nothing they could do so I had to wait another week. I guess other things are more important than caring for sick patients. What if I called less than 24 hours prior? Would they charge me? They had no one else that could provide a 5 minute consultation? What a practice.
