Well I listened to your KDKA Radio segments and was impressed. So when I was approaching 65 I called you guys and Chris Vari came to the house. His knowledge about the Healthcare pans helped us tremendously. He helped me pick the best plan suited for my heath needs. Chris was a pleasure to work with and I was very satisfied with MediConnect.

Heading into trying to decide what healthcare plan to take going on Medicare was mind boggling and overwhelming. Then someone gave me Ramsey Hassaan's name. I called him and he promptly called me back. After taking the time to learn about me and my medical needs and financial situation, he enrolled in a plan that I think will work perfectly for me. Wonderful service! I had a great experience with my MediConnect agent, Coury Murphy. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains the plan options clearly, and listens to his clients. I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for Mary Joan and MediConnect. I am retiring at the end of June and was so overwhelmed with all of the choices coming in the mail and emailed to me. I must say my worries disappeared quickly. From the initial phone call, I was treated well. It was a friendly and efficient process.
1. At our first meeting, they guys from MediConnect explained the process to me and answered a lot of general questions I had. And I met my case handler, Zachary, who helped me decide what kind of things I wanted in my final plan.
2. I spent a couple of weeks making sure I understood everything. I had several follow-up questions which Zachary researched; he found very good answers for me.
3. Out of 4 plans suggested by MediConnect, I narrowed it down to 2 plans, and eventually chose the one that best fit my personal situation. I felt very comfortable talking to Zachary about my personal health situation.
4. The actual selection and sign-up for my new health care plan went very smoothly.
It's good to know that MediConnect exists and can make the process of choosing the correct Medicare insurance plans so clear and easy.

MediConnect was recommended to me by a friend who had been very impressed and appreciative of the way they had been served by MediConnect. I called and met Andrew Cichowicz who invited me to meet with him. Before meeting Andrew I knew nothing about SS, Medicare, and the need for a supplemental plan.
