I can't express how upset I am with Meegan Ford. I dropped off my vehicle for a simple oil change, only to find out that they had damaged my front drivers side wheel. When I brought this to their attention, they denied doing so. My husband cleans this vehicle all the time, and nothing was wrong prior to my oil change. We had had a bad experience with them in the past, but I had talked my husband into giving them another chance, my bad. Never again, they are very dishonest

Great experience at Meegan Ford in Connellsville. My wife's 2019 vehicle's AC stopped working and we called, since it was under warranty, to have it looked at. The folks at the service department squeezed us in and we found out that the compressor had been damaged. Apparently someone backed into her front bumper and, even though there was barely any damage to the bumper itself, it was enough to cause the problem. While the vehicle was there they took care of the recalls and ordered in what they needed to get us all fixed up free of charge.

These people are terrific they treat you with respect and do the best that they can possibly do to take care of you and treat you right

To all costumers watch them when you order a new vehicle from them loyalty means nothing to them they will sell it for a higher price and lie to you

My family and I have bought numerous cars from meagan ford and had our service done for years but I will not be returning. I went in to purchase a 2021 Ford F-150 and was offered way below book value on my trade and they would not negotiate. I went to Kenny Ross and they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Not only did they discount the truck (which Meegan left at sticker), they also offered $8500 more for my trade. I will not be returning.

Best Deal, nice friendly staff! I have come back to add to my previous review as it didn't give enough credit where it was due. Dean Kimmick had worked with me trying to find a truck for me for several weeks. I had decided to keep my 2016 and wait to order a new 2022. Dean called and found something very close to my desired truck. Had a few extra options. I bought it, extremely happy with it. I'm glad he worked to find one for me and still did a good price when others wouldn't deal at all!

Went in for oil change and went through the Quick Lube, in and out in about 30 minutes, was nice and clean and there was a gentleman there cleaning door handles and railings and counters keeping everything clean.

Person in charge of used car inventory acquisition is unreasonable. Hope to never deal with again. Stay clear!

Terrible! These clowns could not find the leak in my truck. 4-5 of them in my truck even sitting on the motor but nope can't find the problem, but they know it will cost $2800.00 + to fix. And some guys get $100.00 an hour, but they will try to keep them away from it and let the new guys that only get $85.00 an hour work on it? A. NO! I take it down the road to this little old guy he pops up the hood and says that's it right. I look and you can see the water running out of the heater core. $28.00 latter all fixed!
