they are Friendly, courteous, and technically proficient.
They come out and give you same day service when your AC or Heating si down.
Over the past years I have been convinced they are #1 in my area of Delaware/PA.

I would not recommend anybody but Meenan for your HAVC needs.

I recommend Meenan for all your home heating needs. Any representative that you speak to is always pleasant knowledgeable, and personal with your needs. I have a heating contract with them and they are always on time when it is time for a refill and if needing service they are prompt. I would recommend them 100%!

Called 5 times over 3 days during cold weather. They refused to help a needy family even when offered a credit card payment. Take your business elsewhere.

I was a propane customer that promptly paid my bills. Last fill up Meenan charged me a ridiculous amount per gallon, what I would call price gouging. When I called to question them they quickly adjusted the price about 60 cents. According to a friend that uses propane and what he is paying the adjustment should have been $1+. I told them to cancel my account and I would call for them to pick up the tank when it was empty. I paid for that delivery. They came out and took the tank over half full w/o me calling them. I use that propane to heat a detached garage that I work in. No propane tank = no heat. What I feel happened is since I was cancelling they didn't care about my needs and basically screwed me on my heating needs. Meenan price gouges and does not listen to their customers.

We had to deal with them when we rented a house. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. There are many superior fuel companies in the area that are more deserving of your business.

Oil tank is low on oil so that the heater can’t stay on. I called to see if they could deliver oil in the morning. They said between 24-48 hours someone will probably be there. I guess the only way you get decent service is if you have a service contract and need work done on a unit. Having an oil contract doesn’t mean jack. “Someone’s always here 24 hours a day. ” Except when you need them for an oil delivery.

My tenants lost heat over night and the technician was dispatched in a timely manner. Luckily I had a platinum maintenance plan which covered all repairs. Great experience. Will definitely continue to use you in the future.

Meenan is a breath of fresh air compared to our recent experiences with other companies that we've been in contact with now being a new homeowner! Meenan's customer service was easy to talk to and they were able to get someone to our house the day of call to help us. Dominick came out to our house in the evening and was informative, personable, and patient with what we needed to fix our heat. Our house is warm and we're very happy with our service:)

The 5 stars is for the customer service and emergency services. More than a few times and every time I have a malfunction or a problem related to either the oil heater or the A/C, Meenan’s response is prompt and the technicians that are sent are experienced and professional and the problem is fixed quickly.

Fast service, courteous employee. He explained what he had done and got my heater working again on Christmas Eve night.

Excellent service - called in the morning, the technician arrived and fixed my issue on the same day.

Had heater issues. Called around 1 and they were there by 3: 30. We needed a part to repair the heater. They were able to make a temporary fix so we could have heat while waiting for the part. If you've ever been w/o heat in the winter you know what a drag it can be. What could have been a major problem was only a minor inconvenience. Thanks guys!

Your service tech is always pleasant and does a fantastic job. His name is Jim and he has serviced my heater and ac for years now. It is very reassuring to see the same person come to the door since most companies are sending unfamiliar techs who are not familiar with the customer.
