Meineke Car Care Center, York PA

This particular meineke center went above and beyond to get me through the day of however they were booked and lead me to a not so good meineke center

Went there to have my car fixed the manager she was extremely rude will definitely not return and my car smelled like Marijuana when I got it back what kind of place is this

I took a chance and stopped in without a phone call or appointment first. I said, "ive been leaking some fluid out the engine. Im worried I may be getting low for that fluid. " Hannah said, "no problem. "
I found out that my gasket was loose and they replaced it for free. It all took about an hour.

At 8: 01 a.m, I got a text message reminder for my appointment at 10 am. The problem is that the appointment was scheduled for 10: 30 am, and I I had a 10 am.alarm set. I have the confirmation email and a reminder email for the 10: 30 am.appointment, sent the day before.
When I arrived, they told me my appointment was for 10 and I was late, but they could still get me in. I showed them my appointment confirmation.
Bottom line, I then waited almost 2 hrs for an oil change.
On the upside, with the $20 coupon, the price for a full synthetic oil change was great! Less than $60 out the door.
I will go back to Meineke, just not this one.

I love this place, they have always done good work for me. I just wish they were less expensive, but what these days isn't expensive.

Meineke was great! Inspected my car without trying to upsell me on other items. I appreciate the thoroughness and recommendations of items that need attention without the hard sell to do it now.

Great place, Hannah hooked it up with a discount (fair given the situation) and thorough communication, Nate kept me informed with updates BUT above all technician Matt was mindful and had self awareness to check my vehicles specs and put in the right fluids, whereas most mechanics would go with traditional fluids which would had been really costly on my transmission flush. Kudos…. Nate/Hannah/Matt. Satisfied customer!

The woman Hannah went above and beyond! She was kind and extremely professional. Give that girl a raise!
