Meineke Car Care Center, Castle Shannon PA

The crew at this meineke have never ceased to amaze me. Bruce and the rest are fair, fast, and straightforward. These are things that I don’t expect from a mechanic. I have never felt overcharged and when there was a service they did not provide, they recommended I go to an equally fair and awesome shop. They are flexible with scheduling and get the job done fast. I have been ripped off by many a shady mechanic which is why I will never have my car serviced anywhere else, if I can help it.

Bruce and the entire team are wonderful! This is the second time they’ve done work on my car, and it’s been a great experience both times. They finished the work ahead of schedule, were significantly less than the dealership. We are taking both our vehicles there from now on!

I needed exhaust work done to pass the emissions test. Our dealership repair center recommended Meineke knowing they would fix the problem for less. I called this center and Bruce talked me through everything from beginning to end. They were kind, honest and provided quality service. If I ever need this kind of repair done again, I'm taking it back to Bruce and his team.

These guys are the best. Their prices are affordable, the staff is friendly (love Dan and Bruce!), and they're just good honest guys! They tell me what things NEED repaired and which things can wait. They aren't out to scam anyone. I wish I had discovered them years ago!

This is the second time I've used the Meineke in Castle Shannon, first time was probably 25 years ago. Both times I got excellent customer service, repairs done fast and more than fair prices! I will keep going there and I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are wonderful. They knew what they were doing, and they showed me what specifically was wrong with my car and explained the options that I had. I just really appreciated them going above and beyond, not only fixing what was wrong, but taking the time to show me so that I can be more knowledgeable. Quick service too!

The gentlemen at Meineke on Library Road are the kind, caring, honest, and trustworthy. I took my car in today because the exhaust was making a loud noise. I was dreading the cost and diagnosis. They quickly found the problem and made me a replacement part in under an hour. The fix was very affordable! I am very happy with this place and the work that was done!

I have been going to them for over 15 years and Jeff, Dan and Bruce are the most honest of any guys I have taken my vehicles too. They Always provide great customer service and take the time to answer questions I have. The work is quality and the price is always reasonable as well. Castle Shannon Meineke is the place to go for brakes, mufflers and tires! Now ya know!

Stopped in with a bolt or something in my tire and Bruce had me back on the road within 25 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.

They were prompt with calling me to let me know the price. They fixed it quickly. The price quoted to be was the price I paid. Staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back here for service.

Been in US for 5 years, it’s best mechanical shop I ever used. I have one vehicle inspected today, it has better service and cheaper price for state inspection than Pepboys. My another vehicle has light noise when turn steering wheel, one mechanics (Bruce) ran 30mins diagnostics with a lot of cautions on the vehicle with free of charge.

Excellent service! I looked for the top rated Mieneke in the area. They gave me a great price and were honest about the needed repairs. They got the work done FAST. The service manager was very nice and professional. I’ll recommend them and give them more services in the future.

I got a resonator delete on my car it sound perfect they told me to come in cuz they don’t do appointment for that kind of job but when I got there I thought i was going to be waiting for couple hour but when I arrive they took the car in right away and got it done 30min to an hour I would definitely be coming back Thank you so much

Recently had some work done. Absolutely love the service. Quoted me a price and did exactly what they said they were gonna do. Definitely recommend to others and would return for any of my repair needs. Was helped by a gentleman by the name of Dan. He far surpassed my expectations.
