Very professional. Dr. Bertha and her nurse are easy to talk to and they listen without rushing.

I’m always comfortable with Dr. Bertha. She listens intently to why I’m there and does timely follow ups. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a PCP to see Dr. Bertha.

Dr Bertha is the only reason why I go here, she is pretty sharp and appears to be well educated and knowledgeable about what she speaks. Otherwise the office as a whole is below average, especially needs a new/good cleaning crew!

I expected better from healthcare professionals to follow the science, and not make me wear an obedience mask that has been shown to offer little no protection from airborne viruses. But aside from that my visit was excellent

Dr. Bertha is so compassionate, caring, and very concerned. She is always right on top of everything.
Unlike other doctors out there She doesn't rush you out of the office she takes her time with you and she will always get back to.

Finally found a doctor who treated me like a person and not a number. Listened to all the concerns I had and addressed each with care.

She is the best she’s one of the best doctors in Lackawanna. She’s got patients she listens to you she takes the time with you and she’s the best I would not go any place else if I could I would give her 10 stars

Dr. Bertha is very friendly and willing to spend time with her patients and explain things in a clear and concise manner. I am very comfortable knowing I have a doctor who cares and is willing to help.

Wait time was very good. Dr. Bertha is always thorough when she evaluates you. Nursing staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Bertha was cordial, answered all my questions and concerns in a way that I understood. Was patient, took her time and didn’t rush. She had all the information on me and I felt she did a good appointment. I have no concerns and I will keep my follow ups.
