This used to be my go to arena lot for Pens games back when they only charged $15.00 (Mellon Arena days), but times have changed! $21.00 (2019 season) is a ridiculous rate for this lot now, especially since they are currently developing the area, making the traffic a nightmare. Sure, it's close, but it's not worth the wait to get out post-game at a price that high.
