Mels Road Solutions and Towing, Allentown PA

I scheduled pick-up time with Peddle, but Mels didn't show up. After attempting to contact them multiple, they blocked my phone number. I had to use *67 to bypass the block, and despite them saying they would check up on it, they never called back. A simple call would have sufficed, and I would've contacted Peddle to handle the situation. It seems this business is run by grown babies. AVOID

I personally witnessed their tow truck recklessly driving and going through do not enter just to avoid traffic lights on a second occasion they were driving with their spotlights on purposely blinding the drivers behind them

Best place ever! Owner and staff are so easy to work with and so efficient! No drama just hard working people! I am one happy customer who's been going there since they opened there doors! Great job guys!

Very rude and unprofessional tow company. Made an offer with peddle junk car removal and Mel was suppose to pick up car. Tow arrived a day early from scheduled pick up time (with a car already in tow). Told the person with car that they would be back the next day (scheduled pick up day) to pick up car. Next day, I waited all day for tow truck with notarized title and 2 small children.never got a phone call from “Mel”. I Called company and rude Mel said he is “not dealing with it”. Nothing but confusion as to why… I would take your business elsewhere.

If I could give it more stars I would. My tire pop and they went out of their way to find me and help me. They also were super friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it's the only way to warn others about this company. They were assigned to pick up my car through Peddle. I was told between 12&4.3: 30 I called because I haven't heard anything. The guy tells me they would be there at 5! Said they are running behind, no call all day to tell me that! Told him I wouldn't be home so he said 4: 30. Of course that didn't happen. Waited until 5, still no truck. Called back and the guy was EXTREMELY RUDE! Told me "I don't work for you! ". Called Peddle to have him contact the company. Waited another 30 mins and still no truck so I cancelled the pickup and they assigned it to another company. I would never recommend this company!

Arrived very quickly, was very helpful and kind, 10/10 would use to tow again

EDIT: the first time I used their service they were excellent. Today the person who I contacted told me they would call me back. I waited the half hour+ that it said that they would take to get there without them even having confirmed what car I was in or if they were even showing up at all. When I called it rang and I was immediately hung up on. And when I called again after that because I was just confused why they just couldn't tell me they couldn't do the service for me and wanted to make sure I really needed to call another service the phone call didn't even go through at all. Extremely disappointed because it really was a great service the first time around.

Always there when you need them, great service, fairly priced and always goes that extra mile for you. This is the only shop that I use now.
