Melt, Center Valley PA

This was a another try at Melt. It got delayed due to medical issues from earlier this year. Our server was top notch, very knowledgeable with the menu items and specials. I ordered Cippino. Fish stew. It's was very delicious. My wife ordered the special Veal Parm. Unfortunately it was a bit over cooked and tough. We had a not so great experience last winter here.so this was the 2nd chance to try it out again.
I don't know if there will be a 3rd.
We had a wonderful dessert that completed our dining experience.

There were ten (10) of us and we went to celebrate a Birthday. This is the place that we have been going to regularly for last 8 years.
Our salad had a dragon fly wing in it. When we told them about it, they just said sorry, took the salads away and told us that the salads won't be charged. This, was truly disappointing to say the least! The manager was rude and this is not the way we expected.

Absolutely perfect! The service and menu recommendations provided by Jason was spot on. The food was prepared to perfection and Jason’s attention to our needs was above our expectations. Thank you so much for an amazing evening.

If you have kids, ask for the kids menu or options, they have options not on the menu

Great food but a huge lack of vegan options. It's 2023 for God's sake and even Gordon Ramsey now provides quite a few at his most upscale restaurants. Evolve as food creators.

Not allowed to wear a hat. But all of the staff has multiple visible tattoos. So strange. Food was decent. Atmosphere is great. Just a confused feeling.

Went out for a much needed date night to Melt, and wow. As soon as we walked in the host was not pleasant whatsoever, more like annoyed that she had to work. Was talking about us right in front of us to another host before we were seated, that put a bad taste in my mouth from the jump. After being seated, our waiter came over after sometime for beverages. I asked some questions regarding the beer on tap because it listed nowhere and instead of giving me what they had he asked what I was looking for, and as I explained he really didn't know much about the beers anyways.we both ordered a Caesar salad, which oh my stars.may have been the worst salad I have ever eaten. Understand, Caesar salad typically has some sort of anchovies in the dressing which is fine, no, this salad had two whole anchovies laid on top of the salad which made the ENTIRE salad taste like bad fish. It was honestly disgusting, at that point I told my fiance that I didn't want to stay and to cancel our entree. After he returned our salads we were giving bread and oil.now the oil was literally warmed up unseasoned olive oil. Not too tasty. Entrees came out and the steak was a beautiful cut of meat, unseasoned but my fiance said it was alright. I got chicken parm.nothing to write home about but not bad. We did have a manager come up and asked what we disliked about the meal, my fiance is a chef, so he was brutally honest. They took both salads off the bill, but most likely will not be returning.

This is good restaurant. Solid in many ways. Would encourage them to add more variety to the menu to not only try to be the best in the Lehigh valley, but tempt those of us in the Philly burbs to drive north rather than our options in Montgomery and Bucks county. By adding more authentic dishes and a robust middle level menu, you could attract even more people and increase your status and success!

I love the atmosphere. I ordered Salmon, it had great mix of flavors but my issue was the salty olives on top of it. Too much salty olives that I had to put aside to eat the salmon.
My other issue, I ordered my Tiramisu to go. The waiter dropped the box on her way to the table. I went home and it was a smashed Tiramisu.

Ate here recently and had a great meal. Waitress was excellent and manager stopped by and talked with us a bit. Not just checking on whether we had a good meal and were satisfied. Caesar salad was enough for two and so good. The filet was the best I’ve had in Lehigh Valley. Didn’t rush us and will definitely return again. Not inexpensive but worth every cent.

Went to dine with my family, one of which was disabled. From the moment we entered the hostess’s body language was off. One of the hostess’s went back to check on seating options, and returned, whispered to the other hostess about the available seating options, and then we were told unfortunately there were no options to accommodate us because of the wheelchair. With this restaurant being so “established” to not have any accessible seating options, or even be willing to make an accommodation is quite disappointing to say the least. Do better and keep in mind that disabled people have feelings also!

Yes this is a great date spot you and a loved one will enjoy yourselves it's always very lovely inside and people are so nice food was delicious

Several floors and each one is more interesting then the next. Great roof top bar. House-made pastas. Never had a bad experience here. Great place to host an event.

I had been having great meals before the pandemic. I went back for the first this June. It would've been my husband's first time. I brought all my friends there more than once, my son and my cousin. Each it was wonderful. This time.we couldn't even be seated. The manager tried to tell us it was impossible because they were short staffed. There was only a few people in the restaurant at the time. She refused to seat us, but really didn't give a nice or proper reason. She seemed annoyed and not professional. Finally, my husband said he didn't like her attitude and wanted to. It felt like we were being decimated, but I wasn't sure. I went on the website when I got home and saw nothing that would make me feel out of place.until the other day when I checked again. There, when it wasn't ton there website before, said about a dress code! On a Saturday afternoon, in Summer. We were dressed appropriately. She just didn't want to seat us. Be careful if you go. Read the website. I, for one, will never go back. Too bad, the food was good. The service was always good. I don't think it's the same as it was. I hope you have a better experience, if you decide to go. I know his place can do better.

Our family has been coming to MELT for years. We have hosted a number of special occasions there, including a private dinner in their gorgeous private room. Our latest visit was yesterday, and it did not disappoint. The attention given to guests starts the moment you enter. Hosts are friendly and courteous. The wait staff are knowledgeable, informative and helpful. The food is always fresh, impeccably prepared and delicious. MELT is the perfect place for a special occasion or a date night with a special twist.

Nice location and great decor. Beautifully designed interior. Food was good, but was expecting a little more "taste". We thought that, for the cost, it was a bit generic and bland. Mind you, it was lunchtime, but still.
Staff was attentive and friendly, with nice recommendations. We'll try again for an evening meal.

Same old food selection. Never changes. Meet cousins out that way. Will be trying somewhere different next get together
