Horrible horrible experience. Please if anybody has the chance to avoid dealing with this company by all means do so. I literally have a broken ankle and meet the requirements to terminate contract due to injury, and they have continued to ignore me even when I sent them all the forms. Ridiculous.

Customer service is so not friendly nor helpful. They are not kind at all. As much I have been calling & trying to fix my account issues only one gave me a lot of information I wish I would have written their name down cause calling customer service after that I haven't received any help & now I write their names down. I have been paying a bill a year with no issues and 2 moths missed at 113. $ a month was $470. & I never received help with understanding. That's the truly the issue

Edit: The owner saw my review and immediately resolved my issue. I appreciate the swift review of my documents and refund.

I have been on a call with the FOUR customer representatives and non of them have been able to solve my issue. When I asked to talk to a manager, they were "unavailable". I initially sent documents for my relocation on October 21st with a confirmation email they received it. When I called again a week later on the 28th to confirm all the documents had been received and that my membership was cancelled they claimed they never received it. Then, i proceeded to send the email FIVE TIMES until they suddenly "received" it. They said the cancellation team would be reviewing the files I sent them. Then, after my charges for the gym were initially suspended after the FIRST call since my documents were going to be processed, they proceeded to charge my card on the 30th FOR A GYM IN ANOTHER CITY THAT I AM NOT USING. When I called for a refund to be processed they told me to send an email to get a refund, AN EMAIL. You mean the same email I have to resend things VARIOUS times in order for them to receive it? By then they received the email they will have charged me money AGAIN.

As soon as my issue is resolved, I will more than happily change my review but until now I have had nothing but struggles with this company.

Absolute horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I had to contact them to cancel our gym memberships. I had a very sweet girl helping me and had no trouble canceling, but he just kept being told that he couldn't cancel his by a guy named "Dylan, " which I guess is not his real name. He wouldn't say why they can't cancel his membership, just that the terms were different although we had the same contract. We requested to speak to the manager but "Dylan" refused to pass the call to them every time. We called a different number and a lady with a southern accent talked to us and got very defensive and aggressive when I, again, was just asking WHY they couldn't cancel his membership. Rude customer service that solves nothing. There's no point in having them as a middleman between the business and the clients.

Terrible company. They are very expensive rate for service. After Covid lockdown, they were increase the rate and bad customer service. Also they are charge the service fee each customer from my business account every month. I just cancel the business owner membership. This is nightmare to me and terrible company. Don’t work with membersolution. Your merchandise company is way more savings money.

During the pandemic they called me and convinced me to downpay next year tuition and offered flexibility of starting anytime we felt comfortable. Then they canceled my account and refused to refund. They even refused to have me talk to their manager. So they just took more than $1600 from us and walked away.

I use this service at my job. I would put in web notes on customer accounts and then they would "disappear" or we're "never submitted" so they requested I start making my requests via email. After making my requests via email for MONTHS with plenty of mistakes still on their end (hey I have proof now!) They started requesting that I fill out paperwork for everything scan it and send it in for corrections on the accounts. My customers are suffering because of their negligent staff. There were several times they messed up both the customer and the business account and never refunded the business account because that's not their problem. The manager Danielle is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. If you are looking for software RUN. I have to wait out my contract before I can switch. Once it's done I'm running like the WIND.if you are looking for a.member manager software run just run.

UPDATE - Finally got out of MS/ My Volo and switched to Spark.my profits jumped 2k per month, with the same students paying the same amount. I was begging them to explain to me why my numbers were different than the deposits I was getting and they kept blaming my book keeping skills. The only person in this entire company worth anything is Annette B. She is fantastic and cares about the people calling in speaking with her and does her best to help you any way she can. I am so happy I was able to switch and am getting all my money now.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. I have been trying to cancel my membership since March. I spoke with two representatives today to get a “relocation form” in order to cancel my membership. I have yet to receive it. Another scam business that gives you the runaround so they can keep taking your money. If any gym or fitness place uses this company, RUN.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is horrible. My contract I signed plainly says a member can cancel at anytime for ANY reason without penalty. I go to cancel my membership and they say I can't cancel unless under 3 categories. This has been such a pain.

TERRIBLE experience with them. Tried to cancel my gym membership after relocating, called late November they said they would send me relocation forms to fill out in which they never did. I had to call them back in order to receive those form and they still charged me in December. I had to call several times in order to speak to a manager because the employees said they would not refund me because the forms got processed after the charge date. I asked to speak to a manager in order to explain the situation and they said a manager would call me within the week (surprise surprise, they never did). I had to call them back and get put on hold in order to finally speak to a manager. Manager AMITH was absolutely horrendous to talk to. He did not wish to understand my situation and refused to refund my money. Worst customer I've ever received. This company stole $175 dollars from me.

Member solutions is attempting to collect a balance of over $700 after I informed a gym employee that I would like to cancel my account. I have not been to said gym in several months since I informed the employee I would like to do so. Terrible customer service, when I asked if perhaps the gym had made a mistake and asked member solutions if I should call them, I was told the gym “will not be able to assist you” and “Cancellations are handled and processed by Member Solutions”. I have had to freeze my account before with the same gym and did so by informing a gym employee. Member Solutions appears to do nothing except cause members problems.

Absolutely horrible company because they don’t help with anything just focused on there payments. I took my son to a karate school and was advised by karate instructor/ business owner that they have a billing company that parents can make payments on. NEVER ADVISED US that making payments on here signed you up for an contract/ agreement. My son hasnt been to karate school since 05/2021 and they have been charging me every month $130. And calling my child father telling him they haven’t received payment. The karate school instructor/owner lied and told us he was going to cancel the agreement after we confronted him about not honestly advising parents of this so called billing company and the truth with it. We advised instructor we no longer had the means to bring my son to the school since my job hours changed and we moved out of the state. Member solutions don’t want to assist with the issue and then had the nerve to send me a letter stating my agreement was auto renewed for another year. Something that I didn’t even sign up for

I’m so glad I looked at these review to see I’m not the only one who thinks this business is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to cancel my membership through them has been a nightmare. I also partially blame the actual gym for doing business with a place that has terrible reviews. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business before. Rude and condescending over the phone, and continuing to harass me for payment after I’ve cancelled numerous times. Would NOT let me cancel over the phone. Thank goodness I stopped payment through my bank or I’m sure they’d still be taking payments out even though we haven’t been to the gym since June. Do not recommend them.

As an emergency physician and community leader during the COVID-19 pandemic who requested to cancel to avoid exposing children to COVID-19 as I intubate COVID-19 patients daily, I was told no. They do not care about your children. The gym practiced no mask wearing and we had close face-to-face sparring. Unsafe, irresponsible and totally absurd. They were open when the Dept of Health asked gyms to close down. As a medical professional, trust me that they have no regard for your health. Oh and then they auto-renewed me despite numerous requests to cancel and continued to take money directly from my bank account unauthorized when I haven't gone in almost a year. I also moved 60 miles away. Yet I'm still being charged $95 a month when it's not even possible for me to go if I wanted to

Fraudulent. Attempts to charge for services not rendered. Companies who contract them and banks then have to get involved for overcharging or charging for services not rendered. Amith (a supposed manager) is incompetent.

If I could give it MINUS star I would, the most horrible company ever DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THEM! It's a ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE. I have contact the company since February of 2021 to cancel a gym membership, of a gym that I haven't go since November 2020 because I got covid until february nd was really delicate with my health, I have called several times and they always told me no, when I request to speak with the manager they just told me the manager would call me, WHICH THEY DONT. They want me to pay apparently for future months of the membership, THATS INSANE WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING I AM NOT USING NEITHER I WILL NOT USE IN THE FUTURE. I just need to cancel my membershio It's simple.

I've been a loyal member of my gym since 2016 and when Covid-19 started, I waited two months paying my membership FOR FREE without using it because I thought I would be able to go back. I froze my membership last month because it didn't look like the pandemic was going to let up, and then I came into some financial trouble and I had to try to cancel my membership.

I'm extremely disappointed with how Member Solutions swindles you and takes your money. They're now telling me they have to "unfreeze" my account in order to cancel it, charging me this new month (September) that I will not be using. All the while I've been giving them free money for two whole months.was that not enough? I was certain there would be a cancellation fee, but nowhere in my contract does it say that they have to unfreeze my account in order to charge me $100 one last time. I spoke to two customer service representatives who were nice enough but could not solve this situation, and then I spoke to a manager who mumbled the entire time and was not helpful whatsoever. This company deserves an F on the Better Business Bureau, and I will be reporting them for fraud.

Horrible! If your signing up for Karati, make sure these yahoos don't service that school. If they do, read all the fine print. Also horrible incompetent management.
