Members 1st Federal Credit Union, Elizabethtown PA

My husband and I switched to Member's 1st a few months ago and needless to say we are now looking for another change. Member's 1st has HORRIBLE customer service, every staff member tells you something completely off the walls different and half the time it doesn't make sense. We recently had 5 fraudulent transactions on an account THAT WE DO NOT USE EVER and they were no help at all. It took multiple calls, a trip to the branch, and then more calls to get it resolved. EVERY SINGLE PERSON TOLD US SOMETHING DIFFERENT. I had to continue to CORRECT THEM. We were told our account was blocked and claims were created and nothing was done! First they said they couldn't talk to me, so my husband called. Then they couldn't talk to my husband, had to talk to me. We did the back and forth a few times before I lost it. Someone continued to pull money - because your staff 1.did not do what they said they would do and 2. HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Get your stuff together Member's 1st and train your staff correctly! Unacceptable from a financial institution and you should be ashamed of yourself. Absolutely disgusted.
