Always have the best care with Dr. Perry and his staff. The front office lady, Laura is especially kind and always willing to help out with my needs or questions.

I had been visiting this office for my entire life until I moved out of town. It was always pleasant, Dr. Perry was wonderful, etc. Around the time that I was moving, I needed vaccine records, and was told that the office didn’t have any of my records. How is that possible after 23 years? Came back to the office after moving back to the area and it has changed so much. No one seems to have a clue what they’re doing and there is no communication between the team. Definitely won’t be back.

My significant other has been coming here her whole life, but today she had a terrible experience. The nurses were cold and extremely rude, and they were in a rush to get the appointment over with. Definitely not quality healthcare or service.

Good local family practice, I think that the staff are friendly and take care of running a solid practice. Easy to get and make appointments.

I was recently set-up for a new patient visit with this practice, and was very pleasantly surprised that they are punctual with appointments (no overbooking; a rarery these days). The dr I was assigned to is great; easy to speak to; and takes the time to really understand his patients! These days, a dr may be good, but with prevalent double-booking, patients are rushed through visits so quickly that questions are forgotten and drs are distracted. Not at this office, though; they practice the way drs should be able to!

This place is HORRIBLE! My very first appointment I waited for over an hour to be seen, just for the doctor to tell me he didnt know why I was having issues with my ear and send me for blood work. Then I took my step-daughter for pre-school check up. When I arrived they told me that they needed permission from her father even though nobody ever mentioned that when I called and made the appointment for her. Then I took my daughter for her pre-school check up and when I arrived they told me they didn't have her records and asked me if I had them. Told me that they could still see her but the point of the visit was to make sure her immunizations were up to date for 6th grade so what was the point of that. Then after I told them how upset I was that I had already taken off work to bring her for nothing they proceeded to tell ME that it is MY responsibility to have her records transferred. Excuse me, but the last time I checked I'm not the one who works in the dr office, but had one of the incompetent staff members mentioned that needed done or papers needed filled out I would have taken care of it! None were ever sent, nor was it ever mentioned. On top of that, when I took my step-daughter I asked them to make sure that ALL of her information was correct and they told me it was, but when they printed papers out for her to get bloodwork (for headaches) it had all kinds of mixed matched information.half of our address, and another half of her ex-stepmothers. Totally unprofessional, and I will be moving my whole family from this practice to one who can handle such menial things as making sure info is correct and they have what they need.

Have been seeing Dr. Perry for many years. My whole family goes here, the staff is like family. Office is small and personal.
