2Michael went above and beyond for my grandma. He is so kind, patient, and understanding to my family going through the death of our loved one. Thank you Michael for all that you do. We appreciate the care you have provided, that has made this process just a little easier. We are from out of town and he has made sure he was there when we could not be.
My low rating is because of one therapist named Christy (not sure of the spelling). I work nights and have made it clear that all visits must be pre approved by me and after 1pm however after 2pm is preferred. She has never followed the time request and is extremely loud and not respectful. She has again attempted to schedule for a time that is before 1pm that fits her schedule. She is rude and I will not accept her in the house now.
Update. Wendy the manager did confirm that the notes in the system are very clear and she was going to make sure everyone understands tge requested hours. However based on my experience I can only give 3 stars still. Bad employees should be removed.
