We just celebrated Andy and Marie's wedding, what a great weekend event, atmosphere. Food, rooms, courteous and happy staff. So so charming. Highly recommed!

Clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast was good. We went to a wedding on the property. Staff was great.

Very nice place and use of space. The area was really rural, quiet, and scenic.
Great venue location. My co worker had her wedding there and it was put together really well. Nice people, nice staff.

Just recently stayed here for a week following a week in Rome and it was by far an incredible experience. My husband and I used the time to relax by the fire and focus on our crafts and the atmosphere creates a great environment to unwind and regroup. They gave us a list of activities we could do near by, as well as local restaurants. The food at the waters edge was to die for and the staff working at memory town is a delight. We'll definitely be coming back!

This review is only for the room, 12A.when we entered the room was very clean, however we first noted that there were no cups in the bathroom and only one tiny used piece of soap for the sink and shower. Then when I took a shower the shower head could not be adjusted lower enough to rinse the lower part if my body. The bed was hard for this old body but probably ok for most people. The coffee that is provided in the room is terrible and the cafe was closed. We stayed two nights and there was no maid service, not even to empty the full trash cans. In all I believe that for the price we paid the room was lacking the thing that should be provided.

We love memorytown! Just had my wedding there, Lori is the best. She helped me with everything was always quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. The day of the wedding she had everything planned and ready to go so I could just enjoy my day. The food is amazing and bartenders are great, rob even stayed late for us. Thank you guys so much we will definitely recommend you to everyone!

I'm trying to book whether thru email, web site, or contact but no one responds this is not good. At least respond in some fashion not recording on phone machine

Beautiful venue, delicious food and amazing staff. My wife and I toured several venues in the area to have our wedding at and we are so happy we went with this one. Memorytown exceeded our expectations and we are especially grateful for our wedding coordinator, Lori. Thanks again for an incredible experience!

We attended my daughters wedding this weekend and would like to thank the staff for doing such a wonderful job. The food at all the venues was delicious and the staff at every stage of the wedding was very helpful and courteous. The beautiful rustic environment was a welcome change and the venues flowed nicely from the ceremony to the cocktail party to the reception and after party. I would recommend Memorytown to anyone planning a wedding. Thanks again!

First time visitors with my girlfriend glad to say will return very friendly locals and so many amazing activities.

I just had my wedding here this passed Sunday and I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the staff! Our coordinator, Lori was absolutely amazing from the start. She has such a friendly and calm demeanor about her which was much appreciated. We could tell she has been doing this a long time. If you are looking for a rustic farm venue, look no further. It ended up rainy on our wedding day so they moved the ceremony inside the barn and it was absolutely breathtaking. The salon that the girls got ready in was also such a beautiful and fun spot to spend the morning preparing for. They served us breakfast and mimosas too. Lori also helped us save money by shortening our reception and hosting an after party at the Vintage Cellar- where we had food and drinks and a DJ for hours. We also loved how the cabins on the grounds made it so easy for guests to stay the night. We are still in awe over the whole day. The whole team was amazing. And the food was INCREDIBILE. Book your wedding here- you won't regret it!

2.5 stars to 3 stars. I booked a pitched tent for what I thought was glamping for my husbands birthday weekend because of the price of it, which was less than $500 for 2 nights. Everything was very minimal. It was more camping than glamping. I thought since reviews and description mentioned a lake, there was an actual lake to walk around but it is actually a pond where the mini fountain decorates the entrance of the place. Not exactly what I thought. It’s not big, not something you really enjoy. The “trails” were pretty…unimpressive. They are shared with the ATV companies where groups are driving their ATVs throughout the day. I can’t speak for it as a wedding venue but if you want a camping experience, it is. Glamping, not so much. There are also nearby restrooms which was spacious and clean, and I was grateful for the hot showers. If you want to have a getaway for camping, this is a spot. But I wouldn’t say it was worth the value. Would I come back? Perhaps if there was a good discount. I would pay $350 max for 2 nights, considering we pretty much packed our house to come for this and you end up cleaning all of it at home anyways.

Attended a wedding and stayed on-site. Everything was great. Although it has been around for a long time, care has been put into upkeep and maintenance.

Booked for 2 nights, closest thing to casino as they were full. It was impossible to find the reservation office due to lack of signs.

Tons of bugs in the cabin. I killed at least 3 spiders on our first night, including one crawling on my bed, and an odd looking bug with wings. The shower is disgusting. The shower curtain has mold and there is slight mold around crack or seam of the shower's base.

It gets very dark at night, and our cabin didn't have any outdoor lighting, only the premium cabins up the road.

Have a mini fridge but no microwave.

Memory town was beautiful we have decided to to ahead and book them as our wedding venue for next August

The setting is picturesque, the food is usually good, but the service is ridiculously slow. It takes seemingly forever for food to come out. We’ve eaten here at least four times and have had the same painfully slow service every single time, which ends up spoiling the entire experience.

Great dinner and great service! We had a nice evening on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Would recommend!

Memorytown is a beautiful place to stay in the Poconos. The property is huge with a gorgeous lake, a lovely restaurant and lots of clean, spacious rooms. There are also lots of restaurants, shops and stores in the area. You can go for a nice nature walk around the property and lake. We saw deer and rabbits. A very cute and relaxing weekend getaway. I highly recommend and would definitely go back.
