6Worse place for child care no sense of urgency with answering the phone or working. Ran by a rude female who refused my deaf wife who communicates through writing stating to bring someone who she can talk to. My take is to them it's hard to work and write a piece of paper or answer the phone when parents call so for your child care don't seek this place the child deserves better
This is the worst the doctor's office to ever take your kids it is not the same anymore
My 3 kids been coming here since babies. And they are great! Would recommend to anyone who needs a great doctor like Elana McDonald!
This place is horrid, not the place it self but getting in touch with ANYONE in the office. Can’t even speak to a janitor if you wanted to. They make it impossible to get in touch with anyone regarding your child’s needs. The phones automatically go to leave a voicemail and someone will call you back, yeah eventually. Took them two weeks to call me back last time. I’m glad my child is important to them. I can’t wait to find a new doctor for my children.
Smell so bad in there like old building and wet clothes, and there's kids in there, I couldn't even handle it
By far the worse office I have ever dealt with. I can not get anyone on the phone, and no call backs. Staff is rude. Been waiting over 35+ days for my child's medical records to be released to his new doctor's office. My insurance company has called them and they can't even get through to them. Sad excuse of a doctor's office. Let alone a pediatricians office.
