All I can say is that this branch is ran by professionals. Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. Tried to work with another suit company and the rental fell through. They had me refitted for a suit and provided everything within three days. Ben and Chris are fantastic representatives. Thank you!

We got married this weekend. We got the tuxes from the Men’s warehouse in State college pa, they were all fitted here, we got 7 from this one and two from another. They went to try on and pick them up on Thursday, they were all wrong and no time to fix them. The grooms was the worst, his shirt and jacket were too small and his pants were too big and short. Every single one of the tuxes was messed up and my photos are ruined. They told us it’s a manufacturer error and nothing they could do about it. Do not go there to shop for anything for a special occasion.

The service is great. I want to leave a good review for the guy who helped us with getting what we need I think his name was kurtis. If we need anything else for an event we’ll definitely be seeing him again!

Excellent! Enjoyed an overall quick service that was pretty well tailored to myself. Thanks to Austin for helping me out with a new suit for my buddy's upcoming wedding and also thanks to Nancy for helping out each time needed. Very friendly and relatable staff and they even were able to complete my tailoring ahead of schedule to meet my scheduling requirements!

I needed a suit quickly for a wedding in Savannah. Ben was able to work with me and put together a great looking suit that would still be comfortable in the Georgia heat. He worked with me every step of the way, and found a way to keep me under my budget, and in my timeline. I would highly recommend going to Men’s Wearhouse if you want a tailored suit, and work with Ben if you want world class service.

Went in with short notice for an engagement party and was able to get a great suit together. JC was patient, friendly, and extremely funny. Will absolutely be going back in the future.

Had a really great experience there buying a suit for my husband. Leo helped us and he was wonderful! Very friendly but not pushy, he didn't make us feel like we had to buy anything but was very helpful in the suggestions he made overall super happy with everything we got and the service we received!

Easily the worst place to rent a suit.
A tux rental for a wedding was about $260 a person. The grooms suit fit but was full of holes, no one noticed until we were taking photos. Mine had a pair of dirty socks in with it. We were able to get the suits almost 2 weeks before the event but had to get them back the day after. Due to this, I was hungover on the next day and returned mine with my debit card in the jacket. I called this morning to be informed they already shipped them off and anything left is gone.

At no point did I enjoy any part of renting with them.

The only redeeming quality about this store is that they hire the mentally disabled and let them run things.

I have never went shopping for a more formal type of clothing so I was a bit out of place. The guys working felt that and helped me through the process.

Excellent service! After what felt like forever eventually, I found my style. Ben deserves a raise! An absolute gentleman and expert of his trade!

Needed some dress clothes for commencement, it was very busy and the staff was working hard to keep up with the customers. Leo and Nancy did great helping me find everything I needed and making sure I would have everything before my commencement.

Could not believe that the staff let us stand there-near the back of the store where they help with consultations and fittings-for over 30 minutes before saying hello, or telling us about the sign in sheet (which is tucked to the side of the entrance and not intuitive for a first time visitor to this store), OR acknowledging us in any way. The service we eventually did receive was condescending and bit rude when we asked for the alterations policy to be explained to us since what we were told in store was different from the policy stated on the website.

Nancy was welcoming, helpful, fun to work with, and went out of her way to ensure everything was covered. She knew her stuff and represented MW well! And all that was on a busy Saturday!

I was really disappointed. I'll never walk into this establishment again. I was not dressed like their poster models, and was completely ignored. Reminds me of a jewelry store that lost a $2500 sale in the 80s for the same reason. The girl working in rentals was busy, understandably. However the young man that was working the register decided it was more important to fold a shirt than to even acknowledge my fiance and myself. We were not greeted at all. But it's ok. A competitor was willing to help me out. Trust me. The one star is generous, and after reading other reviews, I'm beyond thrilled that the wedding business will be handled elsewhere.

Never again will I walk into this place. Not greeted at all. No I'll be right with you. Nothing. The cashier was too busy folding a shirt. Maybe I wasn't dressed to their liking? My plastic is as good as the next person's. My cash just as green. Just because I don't look like the model on your poster doesn't mean I'm not a cash paying customer. And yes. I'm sitting in front of the store as I write this. The only reason you got one star is because I had to rate to review.

REMEMBER the scene from pretty woman where Julia Robert's walks into the store not dressed appropriately? Well I guess this store trained their staff well.to IGNORE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THEguy at the front didn't even acknowledge us.not a single word.how very disappointing. FOR YOUR STORE
BIG MISTAKE

Great place to pick up quality formal wear. We visited the store to buy a suit.
The staff started by taking detailed measurements and then matching those measurements with the available products and fit.
When we visited the place early in the morning, we were the only customers so we got super service.
My son ended up buying a suit, shoes and ties. The ties were on offer (buy one and get the other one of same or lesser value for free, which was nice).
The suits are on the 'affordable' range (between $150 to $500).
Throughout the sales process, the staff was very helpful showing different options to try.
They did not have the right trousers in stock so they placed an order from the main warehouse (which usually takes 5 to 6 days to arrive).
Recommended place to purchase quality formal wear.
