Customer service is the best.but the alteration done on my suit pants was amateurish. Very amateurish.stitch line was visible about 4 inches above bottom of pant leg. I can except a slightly visible hem line. 4 inches up.no.that is amateur time.

They messed up with my husband tuxedo two times first they only had a tie on his order. Then they was missing his shirt just 3 days before the wedding. They did not have his size at all in the store so we had to get it ordered from a different store. My son order was due three days before the wedding we get there they said his suit was not there it will not be there till tomorrow. I do not recommend anyone going here I was highly upset and they made my nerves start acting up. They did not offer any discounts or maybe a partial refund.

Well the suit was nice for my wedding but the pants fell down but they corrected everything else I still would tell everybody please go to Men's Wearhouse and rent a tux

Very dirty store! Clustered! Nothing is in order! You can't find anything yourself.you have to wait for the only 2 sales rep they have in a busy season. (graduation- prom) however those sales reps were very helpful.not many choices either! Disappointed!

Friendly staff clean facility great prices. I ordered my fiancé tux about three weeks ago they said it would be ready on the 21st of April but it was actually ready a week earlier than stated. WOW CAN YOU TALK ABOUT SERVICE! LOVE THIS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMNEND.

Horrible manager at this store pressured me repeated to purchase 2 suits by saying it's a great deal. He also recommended pants that are too short and didn't look even though I told him they look short.

I'm the last minute type needed a suite fast The Staff at this Men's Wearhouse went above and beyond to help me took care of me head to toe even did alterations while i waited all with a smile and a very affordable price i'll shop there again for sure

Salesman only care about commission his attitude sucked didn’t tell prices until he rang us up over 700.00 dollars for a prom suit what a rip off never shop here again if u want to get. Ripoff shop here no l didn’t buy the suit not that stupid

We stopped in to look around at the Roosevelt Blvd location and the representative Nick immediately came up to make us feel welcome. He was very personable, very welcoming, and very professional. He helped guide us through which products would hold up better than others. We made our purchase and while I have had bad experiences with Mens Warehouse in the past, Nick changed my opinion on the company. I commend Nick for his customer service and would highly recommend this location.

Just came from this location, and I am more than satisfied. I was helped by Sam, and his customer service was excellent. He helped us find exactly what we needed and made accommodations to suit our needs. There was another employee there, however, that was a complete dick. If you came here and got bad customer service it was probably him.

It's always a pleasure when I'm shopping here and I always seem to catch good deals. I also bought my first custom suit here for my August 2017 wedding and will probably do so again when looking to buy another.

I went twice to get something to wear that was dress casual. They helped me find things to wear that I described to them. Perfect fits and very reasonable prices.
