5 Awful! They lie about shipment thinking its funny to state products were shipped then I dont receive them.
Statements don't show credits or payments, just charges. The ones I've dealt with make me feel like I'm being discriminated against due to my needs.

One star for the representative who helped me, otherwise I would not give any stars. I wanted to work with Mercy and thought the representative was very nice and Knowledgeable. The problem is they refused to provide the cost of each item I was purchasing. The logic is I can contact my insurance to find out my copay. As a customer I have a right to know the cost of the product I order before I order it. I should not have to wait for an EOB. Unfortunately, this sends a message to me that Mercy is all about the money and not the customer. The higher the item cost, the more my insurance spends and the more my copay is. The fact I have good insurance does not negate that fact. I am sure all the reviews are from people who don’t know the cost of the item they purchased and or they don’t care. And we wonder why medical services and products are so high. Definitely recommend a different medical supply company unless you don’t care about cost.
Truly frustrating, I've been dealing with Mercy Surgical for 6+ years. The supplies arrive and r usually exactly as I ordered them. They sometimes send and bill for extras of things I only ordered 1 of. My biggest problem is when they don't leave a message, even though they say they leave one. I am not always able to answer the phone, or don't recognize a number. The latest is that they didn't bother to call me and let me know I needed a new script for my supplies, seriously!? ! Just leave a message, some of us work where we can't answer the phone, or the boss looks at us when it rings so we silence it. Don't say u left a message if u didn't.
Unbelievable! I spoke with Carrie and she apologized for the issues and worked to get everything figured out and get supplies sent out and 3 out of the 4 items were incorrect! I've only been receiving the products for 6 years or so! Sorry Carrie but the rating is going down not up.
I've been a customer for more than 3 years and the service is Fantastic. My experience it's being very good so far. My Specialist, Penny, is the most respectfull and professional person I've known in this Industry. Thank you for always look after us, the Patients.
