Mermaid Art Studios, Ambler PA

Cute little art craft shop. My daughters friend had her bday party here. Painted the ceramic plate and they had them baked and we picked it up a week later. However, the place is small.

Mermaid Art Studio is a wonderful gem in Ambler! I just had my daughter’s 8th birthday party there with 15 of her friends. Denine was amazing and the experience was seamless. Denine had the girls occupied from start to finish, had everything prepared, engaged the girls, helped to pack up presents and clean up between crafts and eating, etc. She was a true joy to work with, and my daughter had the best day. Would absolutely recommend Mermaid to anyone!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Daneen and how she made my daughter's birthday the most amazing party. I had 14 kids ranging from 7-9 years old and at one point it was so quiet because they were so focused on the art. Daneen is so easy to work with and I loved that I could text her about the party and she replied right away. I was able to add people late with no issue and once we got there she ran the whole party including painting faces, showing them how to decorate the t-shirt box, making shirts and holding a dance party at the end. The parents who stayed got to hang out and talk b/c the kids were having such an amazing time. I could not be more thrilled with how everything went and how Daneen made it so easy. Her love of kids really shows and my daughter and her friends had the best time.

I love Mermaid Art Studio! My daughter took the Art Smorgasbord class in Fall 2021 and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner Denine is extremely knowledgeable and an effective, patient, and caring teacher.

We decided to have my daughter's 8th birthday party at Mermaid because she loved the art class so much. Attached is a picture that Denine sent me of her setup for my daughter's party. We had a spin art t-shirt/drawing party and all the kids loved it! They got to take their painted shirts home in a pizza box that they decorated and drew themselves on. Honestly, I hope to return to Mermaid soon because it's a fun, welcoming place.

I would highly recommend using Mermaid Art Studio for your kiddos birthday parties. Owner, Daneen was great to work with throughout the planning process. Stevie and Grace were wonderful hosts for the party. Overall really great experience!

Lovely place to hold a birthday party for your kids. We just had the best party yet for our 6 year old. Thanks so much for making her day extra special!

Denine has worked with our daughter who is on the autistic spectrum with adhd for years. I have seen her work with other people with special needs-She is a wonderful person and very creative.
We can't say enough about her!
