Metro by T-Mobile, Upper Darby PA

Not very well stocked and really jack up the prices on accessories (better to go to one of the other local stores).
Battery here was $47, when few doors down was $20 for the same battery.
It is nice they have the machine outside to take cash payments when not open and customer service reps are nice.

This store and it's rotating employees have given the worst customer service, really rude and pocketed money

When I went there I had a question I had accidentally blacked out my my data they help me fix it

They need to FIRE the Sales person NICOLE SANTANA FOUR EYED Hispanic B**TCH WHO RIPPED ME OFF WITH A ZTE phone i was supposed to get 8gb on the phone spent $46.79 and it only came with 3gb I came to replace it with the same brand and she wouldn't replace it wouldn't even answer my question about a problem with the features on the phone just told me to call customer service! She needs to be FIRED No class or customer service whatsoever!

I purchased my first metro phone from this store in November 2016. I've had a couple of issues with the phone and this staff was absolutely no help! The staff is a bunch of young unknowledgeable kids that really don't care about your phone issues! I have insurance on my phone and I paid the deductible to get the replacement. I came back to the store a few times within approximately 2 months and the phone never came in! Save your time and money and go to the corporate MetroPCS store at the bottom of 69th Street across the street from the 69th Street Terminal.

Louse ass service, and would try to rip you off. I will recommend to anyone not to do business here.

I called several times and no one answered. When someone did answer, they said it was the wrong number.
