Nimra was amazing, she made a very frustrating issue pleasant. She dealt with the other phone company for over a hour. She managed to deal with them, take calls, recieve a delivery and help customers. They were kind, friendly and gracious. Thank you so much for having such a welcoming business. I love my new phone.

Metro pcs can get bent. Literally the worse service history ever known to the cell phone industry.

Metro not so good after all. Yes they are merging and yes fare waring that they are raising there prices as well. I have done away with metro and demanded my money back, I have done away with that account also. So don't go to Metro. You will be sorry!

I had the absolute worst experience at this store! I took my phone in for a warranty claim. First he says 7-10 business days it has been almost 4 weeks still no phone! And he had The audacity to cancel my warranty claim after I called in saying I was rude without even telling me and lied about it to the police. And he still has my phone just reported them to the corporate office and they said this was absolutely unacceptable! Wouldn’t spend a dime with metro pcs!

Quick Summary - They (the employee and owner) simply refused to sell / give me the phone. When I asked if he could tell me why, he said no.

So I was there to take advantage of a deal that involved porting my number. My carrier doesn't use pins for porting, so I was instructed to try four 0s or six 0s. I conveyed this to the employee and he was hesitant. Said that I had to be sure. So I called my customer service back and they said the same thing. I even put them on the phone together. He was still hesitant but let it slip that he had two tries.

I told him to try once and if it doesn't work I'll just walk away. He still didn't want to do it. He said the owner / manager would be in to help in a minute. The owner came in and got the run down in their native tongue and he simply said "sorry brother". I'm thinking he's apologizing for the inconvenience but he said he's not going to sell the phone.

I was annoyed slightly but just decided I'd write a review and share my experience with other potential customers.

This has to be the worse metro PCs there is in Pittsburgh sold me a defective phone, was suds pose to replace it haven't done so thus far they lied and said that they order it still haven't done so. Metro PCs service is good but this store I would not recommend to anyone. There's a store a few blocks on Broadway Ave.

Good service, friendly agents, pretty decent phones you can't beat the deals they have really compared to most larger networks.

The Metro PCS cellphone agent who works at this store location in McKees Rocks Pennsylvania, and there is a heart beat and honesty here and i think that the service plans are great.

I went to buy a sim card and I was told that I have to bring them my phone for them to activate. They want to charge you $10 to do something you can do over the phone by yourself. While I was waiting I saw a poor woman and her kid get ripped off by paying $30 for one of those cheap cases you can get for a buck from eBay. These people are not honest.

So after having problems at the Broadway Avenue Metro PCS I decided to go to the one on Chartiers Avenue I was having problems with the bucket fill up $5 thing and I went there to get a refund of $10 because they charge me for 2 months accidentally supposedly and they took the $5 bucket up off and they said the $10 will be credited to my Metro bill unfortunately I just paid my phone bill today and I had no $10 credit I am so mad I'm ready to switch carriers

They never open on time, always an hour or so late and it's always traffic related so he says. He should leave his house an hour or so earlier. If you have problems understanding English you shouldn't be working in communication work.

Everytime i call and ask for info on deals no one ever knows what im talking about.i call other metros and they help me out with no problem! They answer the phone like they hate working there.ill just take my business elsewhere.
