They are only helpful when it comes to selling you a device not if there's a problem with the device.

Staff is nice.but this location is never open on time and closes early. Our cards never work here. They always say to call the bank, but we tried 5 different cards from different providers. So I usually have to pay cash, no big deal.but they never have change either.

Paid for insurance no one told me about a deductible when I bought phone!
they said everything was covered now battery and volume bad and they want 50.00 dollars for exchange. Need to train your associates properly I am not happy with the service.

I have had very good experiences here at this location. The staff was very helpful. Parking is a little bit of an issue due to the fact that the parking lot is extremely small. The store itself has an average amount of selection for whatever you're looking for. They have a section for iPhones. They have a section for Samsungs. They have a section for LG. Like I said it was an average amount of selection but you will find what you need in this store. I dropped my phone on the ground in a parking lot and completely cracked the screen. I brought my phone to this location and the gentleman there was able to help me through the process of getting a new phone and switching my number to that new phone. Gentleman who work there looked into the computer and saw that I was eligible for an upgrade to my phone. So instead of paying all that money for a new phone I was able to get a discount because of my eligibility for the upgrade. So the gentleman that worked there saved me a nice little bit of money with that move. The thing I remember most about this establishment was the friendliness and how helpful the staff was there and especially the gentleman who assisted me. I would trust this place to do honest business.

Awesome experience I recommend metropcs to all my family & friends, these girls rock. Great deals, all all unlimited plans and unlimited 4g LTE data and I'm paying $100 for 4 lines. No other service provider comes close
