Kim is the best she is so excited in everything very patient. Iv been with other company's she is very good.

I don't usually leave reviews but I feel like I have to because Barbra went out her way to help with my phone and I'm not even a metro pcs costumer I'm with tmobile and this location came up. People should know this isn't a tmobile store but the girl was very nice and help me get my phone working again thank you

Barbara is truly a miracle worker every problem I had with my phone since being a metro costumer she fixed and helped always with a nice attitude

Nice costumer service and cheap plans im glad i was able to keep my own phone and just get a plan.

Very bad experience.i got my line with 50$ plan include hotspots.after 2 weeks i wanted to use the hotspot it didn’t work because the employee there forget to activate hotspot on my plan.they make me drive long to that area again.they don’t know how to deal with people.she didn’t even apologize just look at my eyes like: so what? !

Love this metro pcs store their prices are low good selection of phones but most of all i love their costumer service Barbra knows how to take care of clients i always like to stop by and say hi when im around or have even a small question which i always do highly recommend checking them out
